Back about 25 years ago I went to a John Birch special meeting to hear their then-president speak, John McManus. I suited up and took my book bag and worked the crowd of about 200 or so. I talked about the UN being the eighth king and all that. I shook hands with McManus and watched him bristle up and wince when I told him I was with Jehovah's Witnesses.

I went into one of their bookstores in the early 1980's & bought some books ; one was called- Global Tyranny ...step by step, by William F. ( KOTN - British Empire, City of London ) or that in the near future it will emerge out of the abyss as the eighth King ( the scarlet colored beast ).
What I thought was interesting about the video was at the 3:12 min. spot - it looks like what a glimpse of the disgusting thing -
( an empowered UN ) standing in the holy place , might look like, with only the New Age One World Religion ( Babylon the great ) able to remain active .
All other Churches and religions will be outlawed or burned to the ground. I think- Standing in the Holy place may mean -the disgusting thing could likely occupy or take over the Watchtower Society's World headquarters maybe even make it part of a New UN world government headquarters .
But I also think other Churches will resist -(the mark of the beast ) and resist a UN takeover of their faith too . Actually the way the Watchtower has been going lately they may not resist but go along with the UN's World Religion.- I hope not .

I know - right ? isn't that something ! The Watchtower seems to like ridding itself of all credibility, just when you think they couldn't loose any more. They really don't have any credibility left at this point .

Wouldn't it be interesting if the UN modelled its one world religion on Jehovah's Witnesses and let them be the leader of the band. The JW faith is a simple one. Just cut out the stuff the Beast doesn't like:
God's name
God's kingdom
The already compromised WBTS would cooperate fully. The other religions of the world would resent them. They would take the lead in soiling God's name and the Devil would like that. This, in turn, would anger Jehovah greatly. That would truly be the disgusting thing standing in the holy place.

You might have a point kirmmy, stranger things have happened. Think about the fact that WT calls their translation of the Bible the New World Translation. Also, for a time they referred to God’s kingdom as the New world Order and teach that we‘ll all speak the pure language… I never thought of what you said here before but it could be a possibility. I guess we just have to wait and see.

Very good point Kirmmy , I actually do believe that some in the Watchtower, even of the anointed , will comprise with the New world order beast , I think Robert said that is when the man of lawlessness gets reveled by joining in with the disgusting thing.( Un - beast ) There will be a division among true & false Christians for sure . That's also when the true Christians will be persecuted and betrayed by even family and dragged before courts , some even put to death and mob rule against those who don't take the mark of the beast. Just think how people acted against those who didn't want to take the Vax. It will be far worse, I'm sure. But we all know how it ends. Jesus Christ will do away with them with the brightness of his coming. I say bring it on ! Right brother ?

You know the Nazi's actually liked JW's outside of the unwillingness to support their war effort. There horrific treatment of our brothers was rooted in a desire to figure out how to break the brother's refusal to join there army. They saw them as perfect civilized lawful subjects good for peacetime and easy to conquer in other lands etc. There were even plans if things had been more successful for the nazi's on the eastern front to promote JW's activity in those lands in the hopes of increasing pacifism/non resistance in the populations they were invading.
