i don’t even know what that is. Does it cost money?
They are access points for the deep web. You can access the dark web there but it's hard & not needed. Instead of .com, .org, .net, etc. it's .onion, .i2p, .xyz, etc. These sites are not regulated by the governments & Big Tech. Many people use these things for bypassing the restrictions while maintaining anonymity. They don't cost anything since it's open source with no central place to run everything.

If American soldiers would actually gun down their fellow citizens at the command of their government, I guess they're not the heroes they're made out to be.

Gives the trite and worn "Thank you for your service" a new meaning doesn't it.

@Kim, give this a try:

It will give you a start, if you're curious.

Well the song "Ohio" by Neil Young was based on when the military quelled a protest during the Nixon administration. Around 4 shot dead IIRC.

I was in the Army for four years. I was no account drunk trouble maker party boy, but I loved my country enough to serve. I knew I would from age 10. I can't speak for young people today because I don't get the impression that most of them have the same way of looking at country and people as I grew up with. To be sure, this isn't the country I thought it was in the 60s and 70s.
There is something lacking in the character of many of the young folks who find their way into the military. I don't say it to be mean or judgmental. For a fact, most of the guys I served with were a wild bunch but the idea of shooting our own people is just not something I could imagine.
Now compare that with one of my younger work buddies who was in the Marines years later when LA began rioting after the Rodney King verdict. His entire unit was sent in just in case. He called his father here in AZ for a conscience check. Dad said orders are orders.
That was Rodney King which was very volatile for racial reasons. Now we might be looking at a nation starving or being put under martial law to serve the needs of people destroying our country.
I know there are probably many who might think twice but the only ones I would ever trust are being punished or discharged for not taking the injections.

Orders are orders? Wow...no words.

Bill you ever see the documentary "Waco The Rules of Engagement"? Chilling. During the Waco siege an ex special forces guy says there were Delta Force members on site "pulling triggers", as he put it. It seemed they were using satchel charges at one point too.
