@ a watcher: Id like to ask you....Keeping what options open? Leaving what exactly? It's as if your attempting to sing two different songs that are not in tune. If you fully understand what is at play, it makes no difference. True, it's wise and unnecessary to tout and influence others to leave the Organization. Who dares to be accountable for another? Each one will find his own path. But It doesn't matter either way until God's spirit, angels and Chosen Ones lead and say "This is the Way, Go in It".. Till then, if a person feels their faith is best fortified staying "in", the Org than great. Or even to help others internally and covertly, great! Contrarily, if the person feels their faith will be damaged and the untruths are too much to bear, then let them leave. Either way, if the persons heart is towards Jehovah (Malachai 3:16), that's what counts. Whether youre on the Titanic till the very last second before it submerged, or you jump off when there's an e-watchman boat In the matter, who cares? But I find a trace of subtle fear mongering reminiscent of old propaganda in your statement: "Leaving JWs may be premature. Best to keep your options open" . It is a mute point if you truly comprehend the situation at hand. I understand the frustration being nestled between a rock and a hard place , trust me... no one knows that more than me. I am extremely sympathetic. Nonetheless, this is said with love and respect. If I've interpreted anything incorrectly, my apologies.
