Study guide

[Hope]

I’m looking for some help studying the scriptures. I’ve been disassociated for many years. So I’m certainly “rusty” when reading the Bible. Most of my large family are JWs. But I just don’t agree with where the GB is leading us. My husband(who is not a witness) and I believe in Jehovah and Jesus and the teachings in the Bible. Is there a study guide that can help us both? Feeling lost and lonely in this crazy world.

Literature wise, the insight on the scriptures book is an excellent study tool. The topic on life is an excellent one to first have a look at in my opinion.

Thank you. I’ll look into that. I remember when my mom died a few years ago, my family said that we were to throw out the older literature. I’m still feeling rather sick about that. Thanks again for your support.

TBH, you can get digital versions of almost all the WBTS literature. Want a link to the Elder handbook? Haha, just kidding. But seriously, it's out there if you really wanted to read it.
