So on the one hand, Jesus said to those who were called, "So be ever vigilant, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming." Matthew 24:42. But at the same time the "peace and safety" signal will alert discreet virgins to come out of the WT to meet him... I don't see it.
One thing contradicts the other. In my humble opinion, the fact that the WT is subjugated by the king of the north, is enough proof to understand that Christ has arrived, and that we must leave the WT. That all the activity of the WT is completely paralyzed, is the clear evidence of the judgment to his house. 1Peter 4:17
The "cry in the night" that announces that the groom has already arrived, takes away all the surprise, whatever that cry is. For me that "cry in the night" could be the same WT announcing the arrival of Christ in the darkest hour, that is, the great tribulation. "So if anyone says to you, 'Look, the Christ is here!' or 'He is over there! ', don't believe it." Matthew 24:23,24
Jesus said, "That's why you too be prepared, because the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you least expect it." Matthew 24:44. The difference is that some virgins are prepared because they already know that Christ is not within the WT, and that is why they go out to meet him, and the foolish ones are not.
As for the cry of "peace and security", in my opinion it has to do with the rule of the king of the north after the great tribulation. Jesus spoke of his presence being like the days of Noah. People will be enjoying life from him. Only a world that feels "peace and security" can be satisfied. That is the final move of the enemy, who will challenge the Kingdom of Christ. But we know who wins the game.
