I understand what you're saying. But some have some things right, others have some others things right. All claim to follow Christ yet they twist scriptures to fit their theology. And theology is the problem. IMO, none can claim exclusivity over others. Aren't any who do judging instead of God? I guess it's not so black and white...

This was before Jesus. There's only one king now who is much wiser than any other king that ever existed. Those who submit to him are his people and they listen to him only.

You are exactly right on the first part.

But on the second part you are not correct. If you think you are correct, I hope you will answer me and explain what I am not understanding.

If you believe God's judgment comes upon the Watchtower in the future, by what means is used to do that? (Here is answer if you need it but perhaps you have your own.)

The answer found there is that it is the 42 months of the 8th king that is the means that judgment starts with the house of God. If you agree with that and use that for your answer, then can you tell how the 8th king will only affect the WTS? Are only current WTS JWs going to be forced to submit to the 8th king?

I held back from commenting on this issue … it looked like everyone had moved on until you had to double down on the same issue again this morning. I go back to my same question since you keep doubling down on everything and you are angry with the message this forum provides why are you here?

When Jesus comes back is when he sits on his throne and judgement is then upon the nations. This is at Armageddon after the 42 months of the 8th king.

The judgment that comes first on God's house is done by the 8th king. That judgment serves as a punishment but also as a refining/cleansing/enlightening period. It brings about two camps of people (sheep and goats) so that when Jesus does come after this period they can be separated to life on earth or everlasting cutoff.

It seems like some people here would be more comfortable posting on exjw reddit where you will find lots of like minded people who will happily agree with you that Jehovah never had a modern day organization. I'm sure you can just skip over all the LGBT celebratory posts and other such things.

And as far as being on this forum, not that it's any of your business, but i joined two years ago, Robert's articles and videos helped me immensely and I still enjoy them! and I'm pretty sure that not everyone on here agrees with EVERY SINGLE teaching of Robert's.. sorry!! And why are you so concerned with our opinions?? I find that a bit odd!!

It's the body of believers in general, all of those who claim to follow Christ. The idea is that those who have professed faith in Christ and been brought into the community of believers will face scrutiny and judgment first, before the world at large. This should be seen as reminder for Christians to live with integrity, knowing that they will be judged more strictly.

Meditator and I met at a book study in 1994. It was a shame they got rid of it. It was so much more personal than the larger congregation meetings.

I guess I should add that it's a bit more nuanced than just saying everyone who calls themselves a Christian. I think it's more in a sense that all those who willingly went and got baptized as opposed to those who were just born in and use "Christian" as a label.

It's by means of imprisoning and killing these ones that God's house/Jerusalem/holy city/temple is trampled on by the 8th king. His house is not made up of the WTS/JWs nor any other one particular religion. It is made-up of all people of the earth/world. That is why the test comes upon the whole earth/world/all peoples. There are wheat and weeds found throughout the world that have been growing together and the HOT will sift them apart by they themselves proving to what they are by the choice they make to submit or not to submit to the 8th king.

If you don't think that is correct, then tell me/us how it is that the 8th king will only come upon the WTS/JWs during the 42 months, after all that is the said time of judgment on the house of God, right?
