Jim may have to be resurrected several times. Each time one of his followers identifies him, BAM. And then, "Hey Gabriel, we've got to resurrect Jim again." But seriously, a person like Jim may not get a Resurrection. He's pond sludge and may be judged unworthy by Jehovah. Think of Hitler. Will he be resurrected? I can't judge but it's interesting to think about.
