Hi. I hope you are all well.
Do you have any detox recipe or juices or shakes to detox my body? I feel like I'm filled with things that my body should not have. Besides, what should I avoid at least for some time? Thank you.

Avoid eating cooked and processed foods, including anything from a can or box. Leave off bread, pizza, pasta, tortillas, chips, and crackers, all the good stuff. :LOL: Definitely avoid seed oils, such as those used in cooking with soybean, canola, and corn oil. You can't go wrong with more fruits and veggies. There are detox teas to help with that. Eating raw foods that have not been denatured is very helpful. Cold-pressed juice, if you can find it.

Sourdough makes the best toast, especially when eaten with chilli oil (olive) and marmite. I have a sour dough culture going, it seems to have a mind of its own. I think it might be sour enough to be a reincarnation of my mother in law, come back to haunt me.

The best detox device is your liver. It deals with most of the toxins one is likely to meet on a day to day basis and actively searches out any systems coming into the body that need to be attacked by the immune system - part of a bodily alert system. Nobody knows quite how many functions it carries out ( more that 500 ) but one of the major jobs it’s does is to act as a filter in cleaning the blood from antigens and such like that effect the major cells such as the T cell. Its major function though is clearing out cell toxins and cancers from cellular structures that may form inside or outside of the body. It is the most efficient cleanser of the blood that one can possibly have - unequalled anywhere or by any concoction of man. And it is worth bearing in mind that most of what we consume - even the best of foods, are toxic to our system anyway - that is why we have a liver - and it deals with the metabolism of all that we consume - which is why we can enjoy toxins such as alcohol - and which the body produces anyway - a weak form of ethanol.

The best way to promote liver health is via overall fitness - including an expansive diet in moderation of all natural and given foods including meat, exercise and all natural foods - domestically prepared or free-range. The best ‘detox’ of the body is the body’s own self defence mechanisms. Your best detox system is your body, it is wonderfully made right?, don't put toxins in then you don't need to get rid of it, thats a start.

Actually……not eating toxins is the best detox system available. No McFats for you Rev!! 🤣 Seriously though, even the best foods when digested produce toxins, hence the provision of a liver - and the natural breakdown of cells within the body are excreted also via liver and digestion, kidneys. Exercise results in toxins by the muscles producing urea. The object of healthy living is to aid the body to do its job. Exercise, fresh clean water, veg and meat in moderation. Supporting the digestion with good bacteria such as sourdough mixed with a raisin or other fruit culture is an ideal method and of course, working towards good mental health which keeps the body systems in balance too.

This uses gravity to circulate your lymphatic fluids all night long while you sleep. Lymphatic fluid picks up and removes all the toxins out of the body via elimination organs.

Ok so I'll raise the head of my bed by six inches, simple enough see how it works if any on my arthritis? BTW his explain about the tree might give people an idea that the heart is not a pump. That's true..however, it's a fact NAC N-Acytel Cysteine works much like charcoal latches onto toxins and metals and removes them as methylene blue helps remove all sort of disease..

Yes! But would you rather drink NAC-Acytel Cystine or a nice long cool beer and leave it to your liver to sort out? I must admit though the French NAC N-Acytel Cysteine Bordeaux from 1947 was absolutely superb - perfect methylene blue balance with the fine crisp fruityness of the Loire valley purple grape.❤️ it’s over £1,500 a bottle now.

Yes, but laying or sitting around doesn’t cause lymphatic fluid to move so let gravity work while your laying down already for eight hours every night. It also stops snoring, minimizes sleep apnea issues and decompresses the spine.
That’s good to know. I do far too much sitting around all day. I use one of those peddle things sometimes. My knees and lower back are shot through☹️
