What do you think might be the next big changes announced? Do you have any predictions? Please post them and we will soon find out who was right.
Or maybe you do actually have some insider information?

144,00 no longer a literal number.
Midweek meetings over zoom only. 😊

The midweek meeting over zoom only rumor has been going around for a while. I don't see it happening though. What would be the reason for it? Perhaps no midweek meetings. That would be a good move. How about an update on Tony Morris? Or maybe a beard update. Length and neatness rules. And a brother can be an Elder at age 18. Perhaps a reshuffle of the GB. Losch, Lett and Herd put out to pasture. Bring in new blood.

OK... Here are my predictions:

1. Further watering down of the ministry
2. Further relaxation of keeping in touch with disfellowshiped ones
3. 2-days conventions
4. Some hints at letting go of 1914 doctrine, although not fully yet

Some have mentioned birthdays as possibility, but it may be too early for this. I do not think they will cancel in person midweek meeting. Why would they announce the next book to study?

I was also thinking 2 day conventions, privileges for sisters like reading WT, etc. Carrying Mic's assisting on shep calls especially on sisters. They really do need to zoom midweek meetings.

Stop discouraging people in the organization not to have children. Population decline is happening and the preaching work isn't as fruitful as it used to be. And throughout the years there is always that talk about remaining single and putting your full focus on Jehovah with no distractions. Also, there is a much higher chance for your children to get baptized compared to witnessing to a person.

Imagine if everyone pioneered and stayed single or if they already married never had children yet. There would be a decline in family members getting baptized because the lower numbers of reproducing. It's why I believe Bethel will have to eventually realize this situation. If it's done right, Jehovah loves families and children because they are the future so it should be encouraged. Much like it was when Noah and his family came out of the Ark and Jehovah encouraged them to become fruitful and become many.

I was in Belgium earlier this year and in the congregation I visited there were sisters responsible for the audio/video department. The CO was visiting and had to give them all the information about video's and photos to be shown during his talk.

This is also the case here in the Netherlands, since the beginning of the in-person meetings after C. But of course these are sisters who are pioneers; not every sister is eligible.

Nothing of any consequence. Maybe some variation of something I published years ago. :sneaky:
Hosea 4:4 "For your people are like those who contend against a priest"..They have rejected Jehovah's Watchman Robert. We are no longer part of their people because we do not contend with a priest, a true priest. The Judah that still roams with God Hosea11:12

By the looks of it, housing is really inexpensive in that area? I wonder how the storm affected his listings. Just noticed that the sales of those listings were more than a decade ago.

What the....? The little announcement says Jody Jedele entered Bethel in 1990. Bethelites cannot hold outside jobs. That must be him, though; I mean, how many guys out there have the name "Jody Jedele"? But if he was a helper to the Service Committee, how could he have a real estate gig going on the side? What is going on with this organization? That can't be him....Or, maybe they plan to sell off all the Kingdom Halls, and Jody will be the chief agent. 😵‍💫
