Anyone here from England, UK?

Hey there! I've been thinking about the coming days and the way things are going within the organisation. There are very few critically minded brother's and sister's that I know of and I would love to be able to connect with like minded ones who love Jehovah and are awake to what is actually going on within the organisation. I feel there may be times when we are going to need each other for support in one way or another. Is there anyone here from England?

There are several members that live in England, but I will let them chime in. Just allow time.

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out. I have friends in Handsworth....not been back for a long time though. Once upon a time I wanted to move there. I'm in West Yorkshire.
Yes! Excellent place to be raised in. You just cannot be racist when as a child you are introduced to different cultures in your own street; Anyway welcome to the forum; Our Watchman has provided a place of refuge for those of us bruised by Watchtower. (I say 'bruised' but more truthfully almost finished off!)

My wife and I resided in the UK for a few years. Does that count?
No. Even those that left on the Mayflower were illegal immigrants deported by Charles the Ist. The first true Englishman arrived on Saturday 2nd February 3411BC just in time for tea at 4.pm. At that time, the place was deserted, virgin land and he built himself a rather nice home on the Sussex Downs. He opened a small grocery shop on a high street he made but as custom was quite sparse, he built a good pub next door and soon there was quite a few in attendance. Edwin was his name, and unless you are descended from him, you are not English. His kingdom stretched as far north as Watford, which is just to the left of the upper reaches of what became London. Beyond there, “Northerners” appeared and started drinking from cans and eating strange foods such as haggis and living in places such as birmingham. They are not English, but are known only as “Northerners” and speak a foreign language, known as “Northerner” and which is totally incomprehensible.

Mick, she asked if you were “English”. You are a “northerner“ and actually live in Birmingham. I know you have a train that visits Birmingham from London, but that does not mean you’re English - you’re still north of London! The train is simply there to deport northerners back to Birmingham. They come back empty. ☹️

I carry a secondary "Kiwi" passport, I think they still acknowledge the English magistrate. Does that count as being English?

Welcome @iamshesheisme to the forum. Glad to have you here.

I’m not directly from England although I do know that I come from English descent. Does that count?

Btw, did you get your username from a line in the Beatle’s song, “I Am the Walrus“ ?
Just wondering….

Mick we are the most racist country of all. We just don’t tell anybody and pretend we are nice and polite. I don’t think there is a country we haven’t ravished, plundered and enslaved!

I think they will let you into kiwi land. However, if you wish to come to England it’s quite simple even without a passport. Just alight at France and book yourself on an inflatable raft and paddle over the channel to Dover. I’ll pick you up if you let me know you’re coming and we can have a cup of tea on the beach.
