You know, if I wouldn't have found this site, never would've noticed the pinky ring phenomenon. Really strange to say the least and now I can't seem to not want to verify this myself. Don't believe John Barr had one, but going to try and find the photo we have of him and verify. Also have a pic with Lett from the past, wonder if the pic caught his hands? :unsure:

You have a good point there. The talk given by both reflected far more substance in delivery technique than in subject matter and that Lett has mastered so perfectly in posing the question, answering it himself using his message, then reflecting it back to the listener as fact. One point he made in this way was; “…if any one cares for and protects our young ones’ (pause for effect) it is Jehovah‘s organisation.” (Add nod of agreement, lower tone of voice and inflect listener agreement as established fact). The onus is firmly put upon the listener to agree and the message is that the truth of the matter is substantiated - disagree at your peril.

Same with me I never took note of the rings until it was pointed out on this site. Not sure if you saw the beginning of this thread but I shared pictures. And btw lett does indeed wear one.

This is getting really bizarre, ok just went on jw site and a new talk has been posted by Gary Breaux The older men and the superior authorities but look what jumped out at me...THIS CANNOT BE A COINCIDENCE!!! He's wearing the RING🧐

When they took the Christ into captivity the disciples were in great fear and hiding, even denial! Because the faithful look to watchtower as their shepherd obviously they will be in desperate straights when watchtower falls. How happy we are to be looking to the real Shepherd's arrival.

What would be the best response to a relative who says jehovah is using them to guide us? Also, the Watchtower has already told the flock that Gog will launch an attack on them so they are already expecting the governments to turn on them... right? So the collapse of watchtower will look like this attack

Jehovah is certainly using them to guide us. He said He would blind them because of their treachery and we are witnessing thier affliction! They are waiting for a tribulation that is precipitated by the downfall of Babylon the Great (false religion) which in turn involves nations turning on them hence the convention video of them all hiding in their basements!....I bet goldie you pray each day for a reply to them..a scripture....an analogy? After a few years my prayers for a good reply to them withered now there are none!

The constant reference to UN, WHO, Governments etc etc in almost every article I read or video I watched was definitely a huge red flag and it bothered me immensely. No wonder why we are told on to test everything to make sure it resonates with God. They discourage any critical thinking and punish shun and disfellowship anyone who does to maintain control. It is so comforting to know Jehovah is a perfect loving magnificent merciful judge and reader of hearts. He sees who loves him and does possess the ability and desire to put trust and faith in him alone. Good thing the WT and the evil slaves will reach their end at some point and by the looks of the developments in the world it appears it will happen in the not so distant future.

I would say Jehovah has utilized the organization to bring forth the basic truths about his purpose for mankind, life and death what happens when we die, the divinity of Jesus and Jehovah etc. The organization has been utilized abd blessed by Jehovah to fulfill the prophecy of the Kingdom news being preached in all the earth. Ask them to read 2 Thessalonians and pray before and after reading it. If their heart is receptive and they are sincere in prayer Jehovah will answer and open their eyes fully.
As for Gog turning on them I am not sure if they just started teaching this new light or it's old but I would say that if Gog is going to turn on them then the house of God hasn't been judged yet. Jesus has not returned as the trampling has not taken place yet which Jesus told would happen during the GT. if the GT has not yet occurred then the deathstroke has not either nor has Satan been hurled out of heaven. Point out that America is still in power the mark of the beast has not taken place. We are now seeing the signs Jesus told us to look for. Ask your relatives what signs they see. The generation is long gone from 1914 and Jesus said when you see these things know I am near and by no means will that generation die before the end comes. The WT is fulfilling Jehovahs purpose to teach the truth but also to test our love and faith in Him.
