We already made fire in this way in the 1950s with a magnifying glass, camping was it called back then, first gather wood for cooking your meal and light it with the sun through the magnifying glass. Now they use the expanded version to set countries on fire and it's called climate change.
Orbital satellites maybe? Cool concept but scary if they can magnify the suns light to such an extent that it can be used as a weapon to set forests and towns on fire....
