At our meetings for field service, the brothers and sisters sometimes said its like herding cats. It can be very disorganized at times.I don't get it? Is it because I'm English and not American?
Actually, I think the preaching work has been organised brilliantly, you can definitely tell that Jehovah is behind it everything actually, I used to be on the RBC, air conditioning team, had some amazing experiences and heard some amazing things and made some very good friends. Lots of ex jws complain that the org "took their life and their money away" because they donated so much time and money. Apart from the relentless bullying I think I had a great life in Jah's org, and my kids did too. All my time and money I gave, I gave it to Jehovah and so I don't understand those ex jws who are bitter about it. Even if some of our money has been spent on fighting the authorities or compensating CSA victims, that's not our fault, Jehovah knows our motive for giving. Fair enough, I did eventually stop giving about 18 months ago, once I was starting to get my head around things. Anyway, Jehovah repays back to us more than we give him, so after all's said and done, we lose nothing. At our meetings for field service, the brothers and sisters sometimes said its like herding cats. Because of your generous heart and love for Jehovah you are now here. You were not a follower to men. I am sure Jehovah will use you in a mighty way very soon.Actually, I think the preaching work has been organised brilliantly, you can definitely tell that Jehovah is behind it everything actually, I used to be on the RBC, air conditioning team, had some amazing experiences and heard some amazing things and made some very good friends. Oh I hope not! It's all so very scary and stressful standing up for what's right and causes so many problems the time's I've thought to myself "that's it, had enough now, not doing it anymore".. then my stubborn attitude kicks inBecause of your generous heart and love for Jehovah you are now here. I agree and that is why I said sometimes the meetings were like herding cats. Nothing is perfect and if we all just vented with our stories of disappointment it would be a disservice because there was a lot of wonderful things and I agree that Jehovah in the past blessed them in the field work, in the schools, in meetings etc, but I’m not sure if he is doing that now. How would I know anyway? I think the vaccine was a real turning point.Actually, I think the preaching work has been organised brilliantly, you can definitely tell that Jehovah is behind it everything actually, I used to be on the RBC, air conditioning team, had some amazing experiences and heard some amazing things and made some very good friends. Very true, but I've always flipped from exciting to scary, then back to exciting and then scaryIt’s the most exciting time to be alive.
Definitely. If you ever watched Bewitched, you would know! Laurel and Hardy made a fortune slapping each other too. However, the Americans cannot understand English humour either. There is a strange anomaly to it though in that the English comedians mimicking American humour, is funny to us. “Go figure” as they say.I don't get it? Is it because I'm English and not American?
