I’m very appreciative of all the work that RK did in researching history and I thought his points on the Black Plague interesting in light of the vaccine damage that seems to continue affecting people’s health. This chapter contains a lot of historial references and thoughtfully ties them into the prophecies in Daniel both in debunking wrong interpretations and explaining some things in a logical sense.
There is still a lot that I don’t understand about the prophecies in the book of Daniel but it does say that it is sealed up until the time of the end. So, I would like to end my comments on this chapter by this quote from Daniel 11:40-43: “In the time of the end the king of the south will engage with him in a pushing, and against him the king of the north will storm with chariots and horsemen and many ships; and he will enter into the lands and sweep through like a flood. He will also enter into the land of the Decoration, and many lands will be made to stumble. But these are the ones that will escape out of his hand: Eʹdom and Moʹab and the main part of the Amʹmon·ites. And he will keep thrusting out his hand against the lands; and as regards the land of Egypt, she will not escape. And he will rule over the hidden treasures of gold and silver and over all the desirable things of Egypt. And the Libʹy·ans and the E·thi·oʹpi·ans will be at his steps.”
The only things that I can seem to understand on this scripture is that this describes a conclusive clash and it is initiated by the King of the South. The King of the North responds with overwhelming force, like a flood of water and it includes the King of the North entering into the “land of Decoration”, which I think I’m understanding that is when “they” will put in place the disgusting thing that causes desolation and this means the end of the Watchtower. Is that correct? To paraphrase RK’s book, the tyrannical flood initiated by the king of the north sweeps through many lands, including God’s special property, which I am assuming is the anointed within the Watchtower Organization. This must also coincide with the Great Tribulation at least that is what I am thinking because that is when the wheat and weeds are separated.
The other mental notes that I made are that many lands stumble but they don’t necessarily fall. I have no idea who is referred to when it says that Edom, Moab and the main part of the Ammonites will escape. But Egypt(aka King of the South/United States) will not escape and I’m guessing that Egypt is just captured or dominated because the disgusting thing is put into place by both the King of the North and the King of the South.
Anyone else have clarification or comments or insight?
