I have learned much from our mentor Robert; The best lesson has been to extrapolate and discern scripture for ourselves. Is that not the true definition of faith? Or is our faith based on man like those at Watchtower?

Okay...if that works for you, by all means do that.
As I said, I've wondered what the verse means for many years. The Scriptures show that sometimes we need some assistance from another. The Ethiopian eunuch for example. Otherwise, why are we here, and why listen to Robert at all if we have all the answers? I'll be the first to admit that I certainly don't.

The account of Philip and the Ethiopian eunuch illustrates two universal lessons about conversion: 1) God draws all kinds of people to Himself, and 2) He uses His willing followers to help those people He's already reaching out to.

Anyway, moving on now Mick. Thanks for making me realize that I've been on here too long and need a break from the forum. 😉

You would not have just got respect from me but others if you replied ' Yes you make some good arguments Mick I will think on them'...... Have a good break......I have benefitted from such breaks myself. I pray you come back stronger and truly serene!

Okay...You make some good arguments Mick I will think on them. However, still not sure where you're coming from or why you want to argue or take issue with me at all really. 🤷‍♀️ I'm in a happy mood, shared a happy funny dog video for others to enjoy as I did and am in no mood or frame of mind to argue. What's to disrespect in that? Maybe I'd be better off not to even ask. 😉 Perhaps you are bored? I won't bore you any longer my friend. Peace be with you.

Hi Bro Hewitt, There was no daily text today. Feel free to post what is on your mind. That is really all any of us can do. Set the example. Regarding dog and cat videos being “laborious”, they actually teach us something about our Creator and they are a wonder. I never get tired of them.

I do post a few myself: It's nearly here dear sister thanks to all for putting up with me....particularly Serenity who's scriptural command and understanding is going to be missed if he/she does not come back quick!

Years ago we had a Husky and I wondered, do they have any sense? They seem to be so dull and not all there. I wish I’d had a picture of when she went to the lake down the street to the Community College and was swimming with the ducks. I think she thought she was a duck…swimming right in sync with them in a V- shape form. Blew our mind! 😳
