Many scientists today believe in evolution. On the contrary, people of faith who interpret the Bible believe in creation. Most people used to believe in God but today with the progress in science many have started to believe in evolution.
Nevertheless, one question has to be answered: Is evolution really science or it is just another religion? To answer this question let us consider the definitions of religion and science and compare them with evolution:
Religion:
1) A set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe.
2) A specific fundamental set of beliefs and practices generally agreed upon by a number of persons.
3) The body of persons adhering to a particular set of beliefs and practices.
4) Something one believes in and follows devotedly; a point or matter of ethics or conscience. It is a particular worldview that people subscribes to that helps to explain the origin of the universe and it follows devotedly.
Science: a systematic knowledge of the physical or material world gained through observation and experimentation.
Evolution: the gradual development of something, especially from a simple to a more complex form.
The challenge of evolution is that in order to produce something more complex you need to introduce new information, and in the case of evolution is through mutations according to scientists. However, mutations are in generally negative, but evolutionists are optimistic saying that in rare cases mutations could produce new information by being extremely lucky in scrambling the genetic code. As these would be extremely rare they say that it took millions and even billions of years to have it, but there is no observation or experimentation that it has ever happened as you would need in order to say that evolution is science. In fact, no instance of mutation producing new information has ever been confirmed. The only thing they have found is a mutation that recombines existing information or a mutation that causes the loss of information but they have never found a mutation that results in a new information. It has never been observed or reproduced in a laboratory and there is no way to calculate the time necessary to happen.
Moreover, if evolution were true, fossil record would prove a smooth transition from one specie to another, but instead, they have found fully developed organisms.
In addition, as scientists say that evolution took billion of years, they also need that fossils are that old. However, they have found Carbon 14 in fossils, an element that can only lasts no more than one hundred thousand years once the organism dies. Regarding this, in recent years the accelarator mass spectrometer has made possible to measure Carbon 14 and they have found many things with traces of C14 including oil, coal, diamonds and even dinosaurs bone marrow. So fossils are much younger than what they have been telling us.
The so called geologic column is what is used to date fossils. The funny thing is fossils are used to date the geologic column, which is obvious circular reasoning and doesn't make any sense.
Considering then the lack of evidence to say that evolution is science, why does the system want people to believe in evolution? Because there is an elite that wants to control and rule the world and by denying God they deny the existence of someone who set moral laws for us, so they can set their own moral codes saying what is right and what is wrong. Furthermore, if there is no God that will solve humans' problems and bring peace and justice, people lose their hope and just live for today, without motivation for going against the crowd.
This elite has used force to silence scientists that believe in God by means of the fear of losing their jobs or having their reputation ruined.
Nevertheless , there are always brave and righteous people who overcome fear and are willing to look for the truth, something possible today by means of Internet and other sources, that is why the elite has used a more efficient method, which is deception, using the media and scientists to convince people that their religion is wrong while simultaneously pushing evolution as not being a religion at all, but instead a certainty, a fact, eliminating then any debate and then discrediting anyone who believes in God as a fanatic or ignorant.
The question then is: Should I try to know if creation is true ? Is that worth the effort? Well, consider the result: if evolution were true, then this life is all we would have, whereas if there is a God that has written his purposes in the Bible, we can trust that he will fullfill his promises and will resurrect us to live forever on earth in peace and security.
