In England they are gearing up to raise taxes through the roof. The chancellor who is alleged to form the taxation policy lied about her qualification and was recently caught out fiddling her private income from taxation. All in all, we have a disaster ready to happen in this country caused by the most inept government we have ever had on record. Stupid equals evil in this country.

Here in the UK, they're preparing to take money out of our accounts automatically, so no need for human beings to send out letters asking us to pay, same with parking ticket fines etc It's all going to make our lives a whole lot easier 👍🫣

It really is getting crazy in this country now. Yesterday I met an old friend of mine, an ex-Tibetan monk, and we went food shopping. He has not been in this country for 40 years or more and things have really changed for him. When we were in the supermarket he picked up a packet of margarine, opened it to see what it was like and froze on the spot, the blood seemed to drain from his face and he became unsteady on his feet. I thought he was going to faint! He went white as a sheet, saying he could see a picture of Christ in the margarine!! He looked to heaven, held his hands out and said, “I can’t believe it’s not Buddha!”

Whether he is French or not, he has the American personality pinned down. 🤣🤣🤣. I still have memories of going into an “all you can eat” restaurant and watching a woman eat no less than six plates of food; finding a false fingernail in a cake at a party, (I nearly swallowed it) and the social ignominy of not being able to finish a steak I was given. It seems an unforgivable breach of social etiquette to be unable to consume a side of steak, but I can still remember to this day how it tasted - absolutely the best meat one could ever hope to eat. Strange cars too - the front of the car gets there ten minutes before you do, and it has an attached living room called the trunk at the rear so that you do not have to find a hotel for the night. ❤️
