What is the difference between gluttony and obesity? Hmmm, that’s a difficult one. I think we all aught to feel humbled by such a deep, spiritual question set by watchtower. Thank heavens they guide us with such deep spiritual questions - clearly this is a job for a slimline gb member if they have one. In the interim, I’ll consult AI but I can’t see it besting the governing body on such a deeply spiritual question in these difficult times. I think Robert should make a considered reply on the use of correct table manners at Sunday lunch - if we are allowed to ‘celebrate’ Sunday lunch that is. 🤣

This weekend I'm going to start a thread about what is going on because what they are saying on JW Letters FB group is very revealing. Here's a teaser, JW land's "unity" is being exposed, I am convinced that Jehovah is behind it, not so unified after all! And how they are revealing exactly who and what they are. The scripture about mother turning on daughter and son against father etc, comes to mind.

I started my search on the ex-JW sites. They gave me a substantive grounding on all that was wrong with watchtower, but none of the spiritual questions I had. After about a year there I saw the futility of anger over loss and so many throwing the baby out with the bath water. What was so educational about those sites though was that like watchtower, they provided and significant foil to the truth when I came to see it. I feel it one of the primary keys to the discovery and appreciation of the truth when held up against watchtower and these “ex-JW” sites. It adds clarity. Like a paste diamond set against a real one.

Still, after online debating since Usenet and H2O days (pre-2K drama), and many days, months and years after that, I guess I've just lost interest in debating. It rarely did anything for either party engaged, and was primarily for the onlookers to sort out who argued and debated better, and conclude that person was the one that was correct.

Do you mean the "dis" unity is being exposed? I feel like the GB are purposely doing it. I feel like the whole GB group are infiltrators, including the 4 newbies who replaced Anthony Morris. I think Anthony was the last of the ones trying to do things "Jehovah's" way, and I think he knew what was going on and tried to do something about it and they kicked him out cos of it. They probably sent him out for whisky and had someone ready to film the interaction. Honestly, who needs Coronation Street when we have Watchtower org 😐

At the moment I'm stuck inside Cineworld with a group of Spanish kids, watching Superman 🥴 My goodness, it's like an advert for all the automaton they've got in-store for us, it's absolutely nothing like the Superman I remember 🥺 at least I'm getting paid to watch it I suppose 😆 Try not to get a crick in your neck Barney, left right, left right 😂 I've got ear plugs in my ears in order to not lose my hearing 😂

“Coronation street” You will need to translate that into American for Nomex . I don’t think they could possibly envisage the true horror of an English northern soap opera that has been running since 1960. Friends is like mastermind compared with coronation street. 🤣

I would trade places with you. It’s rather intriguing to ponder on why you have ended up in a cinema with a group of Spanish kids watching superman. I’m enduring Wimbledon for my dear wife. Otherwise I would be in my shed sawing away at something!

It's one of my many jobs I do Barney, I practically do ANYTHING for money 😂 I tried working 9 to 5 for an employer once or twice but it wasn't for me 🤭 I had to walk out, and I couldn't understand why everyone else was staying 😆

Yeah that's why I put "unity" in quotations. I feel like they are doing it on purpose too, but they have a different reason than Jehovah's reason. Perhaps it is all the law suits, but I'm going to highlight the true extant of their lunacy, delusion, and deception. Well, I'll try anyway!! LOL. But something tells me, as soon as next month, the GB will prove I/we have only scratched the surface! HAHA

No, I watched things like the Munsters, Adams Family, Andy Griffith, Gomer Pyle a little, Little House on the Prairie, Miami Vice, Big Valley stuff like that. I don't think I can be accused of ever watching any Soap Opera on purpose! Unless you consider Big Valley and Bonanza soap operas. I did watch Freinds a little and Seinfeld mainly because Friends was on before Seinfeld, and they were all about my age at the time. Those shows were on when I was in my mid to late 20's. But I know enough about them, to know what you are talking about.
