aw, why not!

I would only caution you not to go in there with expectations- but if they are kind, welcoming, and attentive toward you and are genuinely happy to see you, you’ll have much joy- but if they are busy or standoffish, you won’t be disappointed. so remove all your expectations and go have a nice time no matter what happens. (-:.

There will no doubt some that will be VERY happy to see you after all these years!
I agree....thats what I am the most cautious about is not to set myself up with high expectations. I understand the enemy better now than I have ever understood before. Which is why I think I have more confidence than ever before as well.

you’ll be great. Go in with your head held high, smile and just be glad to see everyone/ they will
likewise be glad to see you.

I’m excited to hear how it went when you get back!

We have been commenting how much has changed since they have become celebrities with JWBroadcasting. Prior to that no one really knew who the GB were. But the attitude trickled down to the elders even well before that and now I realize why. I used to think it was "rouge elders" who had become "puffed up with pride" because of their positions of authority, and I made all kinds of excuses for the WT/GB. I had heard of the CSA close to 20 years ago and made all kinds of excuses for the org, believing that it was indeed God's Org and had God's blessing and the things going on were because of Elder Bodies taking it on themselves to try to "protect God's name" Now I realize like Robert says it comes from the top down!
