OMG LADY B,

I don't know if you know that man REDD FOXX but he was hilarious back in the day. He had a show called Sanford and Son. What memories that picture bought back. 😂

He called everybody a DUMMY. 😂
Yeah, I remember….we use to watch it all the time. How about Aunt Esther on there, she was a kick. That was a time when people didn’t get offended so easily and you could watch pretty decent programs on TV.

Aunt Esther . What a character. Funny like the Archie show and the Jeffersons. Yes exactly a time when folks were not so easily bent out of shape. Laughed more. 👍

Oh well time marches on.

What offended me today was at my Dr's. Appt the guy-gal whateva they identify as that waited on me fingernails were manicured and polished with some pinkish glittery polish and shaped perfectly.

I looked at my chewed up raggedy nails and wanted to put on gloves. 😂. However I did ask about the earring hanging out of its nose. Reply was had it for years does not cause a problem. Was nice did not get upset by the ole lady asking 😂 questions.

Oh well guess I will take my raggedy nails into kitchen and eat my peach cobbler. 😂

Added today:

This is one doctor who for now is still seeing patients in his office.

My other three dr. Appts will only do teleconferences. This just started. Guess they are getting ahead of lockdowns we are getting warned about 🤯

Scamdemic 2: The New Batch -

James Corbett is one of the most accurate reporters. This report, although is outrageous Scamdemic 2.0. I don’t think they’re going to get very many to comply. But as he was saying, maybe they do want people to resist ie want a civil war?

Yep, but unfortunately he did finally go to Elizabeth.
I loved that show...I saw it's streaming on one of the streaming services...don't know which one off the top of my head.
There ya go:

But make sure your ad block and popup killer are up to date and ready to roll.

This is not good Carl my opinion. Anyway never saw Aunt Esther in movies like this.

I respect your opinion, which is why I put out the warning. Bad language does offend some, and while I'm not someone who makes a habit of swearing, I'm also not offended by it's use in comedic situations like this. Personally, I detest vulgar language. As you probably know, Red Foxx used colorful language in his act... as did Richard Pryor, but I don't remember them being vulgar. If children were on this site I wouldn't have posted it, but we're all adults here. In my opinion, this is a great clip because we've all had a door slammed in our face, and I bet some of us felt as she did in our weakest moments. She was a very funny woman who wasn't cast as much as I would have liked.

I was the opposite. I would actually get physically upset to the point of tears when I did not know any better thinking all these people are gonna die.

I kid you not. I remember breaking down hysterically in a car group one time making all the sisters uncomfortable 😂.

I have come a loooong way from that craziness 🤯.

Not me. I don't like rude people. I'm not happy they may die at Armageddon, but I'm certainly not going to lose sleep over them. I remember one householder stopping us as we walked up to him and said, "You can stop right there. We have very different beliefs, so don't waste your time here." He wasn't rude, just to the point and I respect that. I wasn't offended at all, just REALLY curious what his beliefs were. I wanted to ask sooooo bad!!! But I respected his wishes. When someone slammed the door in my face I felt slighted and that triggered my anger. I've really had to look inward at all my triggers so I don't give Satan any ammo. As I age my testosterone levels drop, so that helps! lol Turning the other cheek isn't easy, but it does get better with practice.

As I have aged lots
of things have dropped Including facial cheeks 😂 But I was young in those cry baby days.

Now it does not bother me cuz I know Jehovah knows what he is doing, I don't always know how to direct my old wobbly steps. Besides I can't afford to stress.

Leaving forum for awhile today. I enjoyed talking with you Carl. 👍

I was almost the same except I wouldn’t cry when they slammed the door in my face. But I did cry when I would sometimes get too attached to a Bible study who would later want to stop their study. I remember crying like I lost my best friend.
