* A recent example that got me viciously enraged was reading that a 10th state here in the USA has now enacted a law that allows for abortion right up until birth

That exact law is going ahead in the UK to Timothy, disgusting innit? All so the power's that be can do whatever they want with or to, those little babies. We just have to keep hoping and praying that Jehovah makes allowances for our angry reactions. Sure, I'd never go out protesting etc but the anger stirs me up inside greatly and makes me think wicked things

I can't even imagine how a mother could carry a life inside her, feeling the baby rolling over, kicking, pressing against the womb, right up until the moment of birth... then killing it. How seared does one's conscience need to be to reach that level of atrocity? If her life is truly at-risk at that late stage of pregnancy, what about performing a C-section?! After all, they will likely need to perform surgery to remove the dead child from her womb, it seems.

And what of the repercussions for the mother, mentally and emotionally? I suspect there will be a lifetime of mental anguish for her. IF she has any conscience at all, that is.

Seems like some years back I had watched a documentary on abortion, and in the program it was saying that the abortion agenda is primarily aimed at African-American women because of their lower economic, educational, and social status in the USA— although "white" women have access to abortions as well. But it was an agenda of population control for "less-desirable" peoples in the country, that being people of "color".

Yes I've heard that too. And the Planned Parenthood (abortion) facilities are primarily situated in poorer neighborhoods. But the people of color don't seem to see a problem. Many see racism everywhere else, whether real or imagined, but can't see this.

I think the government may be not as well informed about people of colour as to their maternal instincts, as they think they are. People from poorer countries are far more child orientated as to their survival. Though parental insight into some care issues may appear brutal, so it is also with white people! One issue being in that ethnic minorities coming from other countries are far less materialistic and a great deal of their problems are put upon them by white people, or shall we say by the materialistic pursuits of the western countries. Western culture - looks good, tastes good, but is toxic.

What is unseen in the poorer or disenfranchised peoples of or in western culture is that their difficulties of child care are exacerbated by their social situation. This leads to demoralisation and desperate measures. If one studies child care in overall poorer countries such as India, Africa, and the Middle East, children attain self sufficiency a great deal younger and are far more advanced in self care and working to the benefit of the country than the privileged west.

There is also a culture of expectation put upon women to cope - that has always been, but is far greater now in that women need to have a secular job on top of child care. Now, the cynical governments put abortion clinics in poor areas for the very reason you state, and yes, the blame is put upon women whose lives have been made a misery by cynical governments. The work houses and jails were also cited in such areas of poverty and now that there is no industry left to absorb cheap lives and cheap labour, it will only get worse. They have only just lost by a narrow margin, euthanasia on demand in England. There is no end to it. It will only get worse. “Die now! Before it’s too late!” will be the new slogan.
