Infiltrators in Russian congregation

It's been going on for a long time Luis, even tapping into the brothers and sisters phones and listening out for them saying bad things about the government. But the brothers whose phones they tapped (for a whole year) were very "cautious as serpents and innocent as doves" and the authorities couldn't find anything to pin on them.. not like us lot in the west! We'd all be locked up tomorrow 😬😂

I believe the reaction of the Russians has its basis in the belief that watchtower has a political motive - and which is becoming increasingly evident anyway as they choose to meddle in politics, finance and trade in property. If they kept themselves clean from politics and simply stayed with their allotted task of preachers of the word, it is unlikely that the Russians would bother with them. With their own kind, the Russians tend to segregate: their “old believers” stayed with the Russian orthodoxy of the 17th C rather than adopt Greek Orthodox as the main religion. They are both tolerated, but watchtower insist on drawing attention to themselves and demanding, rather than seeking to shake the dust from their sandals and searching for those who listen, confident in Jehovahs’s provision. Something they have learnt the hard way in Norway now.

Sure throws a monkey wrench in their whole claim God's Holy spirit appoints elders, when the Stassi can get appointed as elders. I also think the Russian Government knows something they aren't telling, like how closely they are tied to the City of London and or the UN! I think that's the real reason for the crack down. And calling Russia the KON probably doesn't help either!

I contacted an Academic from Spain who actually did a whole Thesis on JW infiltration in Russia. She said that the KGB most definitely sent agents to the USA to infiltrate the New York headquarters.

I sent her an additional email requesting evidence or sources for the infiltration of the Yankee Branch but she didn't reply. I think I may have put her off with some additional speculation I had on the Covid fiasco. I forgot that most Academic institutions went all the way with the Covid scam so I probably put her off. My fault for not sticking to the subject.

I can confirm that in 2017 I was sent an insider video from a very anti JW apostate from inside the American headquarters. It wasn't anything that special. A Brother who considers himself a PIMO sat a recording device on his lap and taped an AGM segment that at the time was "in house" only.

The Apostate sister had some contact with Llyod Evans and was one of those ex JWs that considered herself an atheist. As soon as she started going down the whole "anti Jehovah" path I cut ties with her.

She actually misread me. She thought that I was anti JW which I wasn't. ....not in the way she thought anyway. So she let her guard down and told me about the Brothers they know at headquarters that leak info out to the JW apostate underground. They thought it quite amusing that they get knowledge of new releases....new changes etc.....way before rank and file JWs do.

So it's strange in a way. There are weasels at Bethel but not all are on the same team. Some are just jaded JWS. Others appear to be well planned by intelligence agencies, Masons and Jesuits. If the Spanish Academic's report is true about KGB trying to infiltrate the American operation, could you imagine the poor KGB lad that landed that assignment? You sign up for adventure and intrigue and you get 10 years of working in the Bethel slop kitchen handing out fruit pies to Bethelites and polishing the GBs jewelry on your day off......what an absolute dud!!!!!!

That was such an interesting read! Thank you.. funny you say that about the covid narrative, it's all part and parcel isn't it? By the way, is the ex sister's thesis online do you know? I'd love to read it. Over the years the org has written, and spoke about, quite a lot about the various infiltrations etc, I respected and appreciated that kind of honesty, it helped me to build trust and faith, only for it all to be totally shattered in one fell swoop in 2020 along with "no more questions allowed" hence, no more truth being dispensed anymore, and that's not me, I can't pretend, and I couldn't pretend in 2020 either. Jehovah must be fuming.. and Satan's laughing..

Howdy. I probably explained it wrong. The woman that did the Thesis was not a JW. She was an Academic who had an interest in KGB activity and did a whole paper using the JWs as subject material.

The ex Sister that became an atheist was a separate story. I was saying that there is infiltration and subterfuge happening but by different groups with different agendas.

I can't remember the name of the academic....I had to sign up to some site and the messaging was done through the site alone and not through direct email. It was a couple of years ago so the name of the website eludes me. It was one of those places where you have to join to view work by University Professors etc. I'll see if I can track it down.

And you're right....Jehovah doesn't take to well to people attaching his name to things like MRNA Gene therapies without his approval. I'll never forget the David Splane classic....."Now what we do know ...but what does Jehovah know" whilst pointing heavenward. Blasphemy in my opinion. The Word of man being passed off as the word of God.... and 99.9% of our Brethren applauded. Welcome to Planet Crazy!!!!

Yep! I've a feeling though that more brothers and sisters than they like to let on didn't "obey" at the time, and also that many of the so called obedient ones didn't even approve of their own obedience at the time, and since, many of the ones who did approve of their obedience at the time, have changed their minds. But, unless their whole family feels the same, meaning they can quietly remove themselves from this "new" shepherd whose voice they no longer recognise, then they feel trapped and confused and don't know what to do for the best. I feel really sorry for them. It's difficult to make big changes in our lives but if we want to keep following Jesus and Jehovah then we have to, it's all part of carrying our torture stake 😬

It's a great read. There is one site where it's featured where you can send a note to Tatiana. It would be interesting if someone else other than me ( she thinks I'm a Covid Denier) could reach out to her and see what additional info she has. From memory she was fairly certain that since Russian Efforts were failing they would try and infiltrate the World Headquarters.

It really is freaky how much time and effort the Russian Secret Service went to try and get the JWs to fail. There is a movie in there somewhere for sure.

I’m really surprised that any government would go to the lengths of planting a mole within watchtower. Not that I have any doubts about what you say - to the contrary, I’m sure given the quality of preaching in any western religious organisation, it must raise the question if there is an alternative motive. And on reflection, preaching the destruction of this world carries weight in these days. I just find it incredible that anyone takes the GB seriously - they present as inconsistent, unsure of their message and are lacking in governance over their own destiny. I think your synopsis of the Russian stooge is spot on. Ten years working as a cleaner and being enthusiastic in grovelling to the top brass at bethel is a hard way to get awarded the Hero of the Russian Federation medal of honour. 🤣

An elder asked my wife one time, before we got married, "are you questioning spirit appointed elders?" I'm just wondering what spirit appointed the "the Soviet security service".... to.... "became the head of the Jehovah’s Witnesses organization..." and I am wondering what spirit inspired ..."became a channel in their counter-intelligence operations against the US." Jehovah's Spirirt, or "could it be...SATAN!!!" Say that last part in your best Dana Carvey Church Lady voice! It's laugh or cry at this point!

That is the most salient point of the whole Soviet infiltration.......faithful Witness Elders were unwittingly recommending and appointing KGB agents..... so that completely undoes the old "Elders are appointed by Spirit" mantra.

A similar thing happened with me and an MS whom I had convinced to wait til at least the end of 2023 before he went ahead with the Jabs. I had no intention whatsoever in taking them but I had to tread a little carefully around him as he was a "all hold hands and sing praises to the faithful slave" kind of a bloke.

Then Update No. 9 2021 came out and he was down and jabbed before I got to even discuss the update.

He didn't think there was any other option a brother could take without disrespecting the slave. I said to him "Not everything the GB says comes from God. Do you want evidence?You and I both raced out of school at 15 in the 80's because we were told we would never grow old. And now here we are in our 50's growing old and the 1914 generation point has changed. Clearly that teaching didn't come from Jehovah so what makes you so sure that the advice to get vaccinated is coming from him? If there is nothing in the Bible supporting vaccination then how can you be sure it's coming from God? "

There was a pregnant pause and then he lifted his jaw defiantly and said "Well , I see things differently". I realized at that point that nothing I could of said would change his mind. Jehovah appointed the slave. The Slave has said that Jehovah would not let the Bethel family get jabbed if it was harmful.....so the jab had Jehovah's backing.

I haven't been at meetings but in catch ups with JWs over 2024/2025 there is absolutely no contrition on their part. The GB got Covid 100% correct and any sudden illnesses or deaths are just whacky conspiracy theories. I hate to sound blunt but it's all driven by their self aggrandizing Egos....they can never be wrong if the GB backs something. To suggest otherwise is to question Jehovah.

Agree with all you say. But, I do think that secretly, some brothers and sisters know that the GB got it wrong and they wish they never got injected. I'm old enough to know that the sickness and the early deaths that we're surrounded by, is not NORMAL. Something has exacerbated it, we just need to put 2 and 2 together..
