Exactly! Some are so focused on figuring out prophecy and debating whether or not to leave the org they're losing focus on what Jesus taught was the most important thing: love! (Matthew 22:37-40) Remember that little reminder, anyone? It's a shame that people are so disposable here, even long-time members who have become beloved friends to many of us. This isn't about winning an argument; it's about winning people! Now we've lost someone dear, all because some people insisted on pushing their views and relentlessly pounded them into fellow members until someone got fed up and stood up for what he believed.

Indeed and Christian and brotherly "love," should never be one-sided or partial. So again, why refer to us as merely "some people," as if we're not also fellow brothers in the faith?

Also too, I rarely even comment or post, so how exactly have I been pushing my views on the other members? Lol

My moderation of this forum is not open for debate. When I tell someone to stop attacking others, and they turn around and attack me, that's it for them. If you continue down this line, I will close your account too.

What line? Having an opinion!? Good grief is that what this has come down to now? We cant share how we feel? Go ahead and remove me Robert if thats what you choose to do. I'm tired of walking on pins and needles here anyway. Jehovah will look out for me.. he's all I need and all that matters to me.

1. We've done nothing wrong. My sole intention was to simply warn Kevin through scripture, not to slander, belittle or to judge him. Actually it was partly your fault it came to a head in that you did not have insight into your brother’s feelings and were unable to perceive when and where it is best, for the sake of the other, to leave the matter be. You were or are, blind to fact that there is a time to speak and a time to stay silent, even to the point of writing a reply to someone who will not see it. Though you quote scripture, you do so without application to the one you address. Not all people reason as you do. Also, how obvious does the fact have to be that using truth as a weapon is futile with one who disagrees with the slant of application? One has to argue from the point of understanding.

That “We have done nothing wrong” as you claim is simply not true. You do not argue, but batter another into submission simply on a point that first requires the foundation of reasoning and agreement first and foremost, and left your adversary with the very point that you yourself will not relinquish, pride, In that you reply to someone who will not read it and to justify your course of action to others. I and many others here have lost a friend of years standing and yet still you hammer the point home. Surely you should first go to your brother and extend your hand? That would be your advise to yourself surely?

Just an update, previously I said I intended to release the 4th edition on Memorial week. It looks like that won't happen. I am finished writing, but still working on the redesigned website, and have to get the file uploaded to Amazon. I intend to redo the audiobook too, but it will take some more time, a few months. :cautious:

Just an update: This 4.0 project has been more involved and complicated than I remember the other versions being. Writing is the easy part, for me anyway. Maybe because I bought the services of a self-publishing company for the first two, I didn't have to do much. And there was no online edition of the last version. Anyway, Timothy is helping me get this one formatted for PDF, Kindle, softback, and all that. Just to make sure we've got all the Ts crossed and i-s dotted, we have set the publishing date for May 1st.

P.S. I have come face-to-face with personal limitations, and I don't think I have it in me to do another audiobook. It's just too daunting a task. The last one took me a month of recording and editing every day, and that was 16 years ago. I don't want to get half done and not be able to finish. :(

I know I always go on about AI and how I never use it, but you do Robert, isn't this something AI can do for you? Can it not read your book and read it out at the same time whilst recording itself? Or am I thinking AI is no as good as it thinks it is? 🤔

AI can "do it." Just not as I wish it to be done. It just doesn't sound authentic. I have tried to make it work, believe me.

Yeah, I know what you mean, it grates on me when I start listening to a video and it's AI, 9 times out of 10 I switch it right off. Why don't you ask for volunteers from the forum to do a chapter or 2 each? I'd gladly help, unless you think it's more suitable for guys to read it? I won't get upset if you do 😊 I totally get it..
