Just Some Rambling Thoughts

I have been a widow now for three years. (I did remarry). Who knew I would be sitting alone talking to a cat!! Wonder if I am of the CAT LADY CLASS. Ya think?

Mr. Doodles looks at me as if to be thinking PLEASE invest in a THERAPIST or get a hobby. šŸ˜‚ I can't help you.

Anyways learning the basic Bible's truths such as NO hell fire, resurrection hope, life in paradise earth and why Jehovah disapproves of us loving the world and its debased lifestyles, has made me a better person.

I am so grateful Jehovah found something in my heart to draw me to him and his son. I am also thankful Jehovah equipped me as he did with everyone here a brain. Although mine is very forget these days it has served me well.

It has taken some but that ole brain of mine has finally given permission for critical thinking to fight hard to break through indoctrination and other
STUFF. I am not experienced in psychological behavior so don't know terminology for these brain functions.

I guess my rambling point is I am thankful for the good learned from my life as a JW. BUT that does not mean the org/gb has the right to micro manage almost every aspect of personal life. Trying to rewire or reorganize my thought processes to a way of thinking that Jehovah and Jesus completely trust them so should I (we).
That over stepping / presumptuousness is not only unscriptual but dangerous. My opinion.

My prayers are for all lovers of truth to be careful of how we listen making sure of all things. Our lives depend on it.

Ps 146, John 14:6
I promise no more ramblings. HAPPY SUNDAY.

as far as I'm concerned you can rambling away just enough for an answer so you don't go completely bankers (out of your mind). I am also alone, although not a real widow, but an 'immortal widow', meaning married, but my husband no longer lives at home and I can visit him once a month. No, he's not in jail, lol, even though he thought he was during the lockdown hahaha, who didn't..... have a lovely day......1677426738690.png

I thought Iā€™d quote the scriptures you refer to because they show your heart and makes it easier for people to understand your message.

Psalm 146: ā€œPraise Jah! Let my whole being praise Jehovah. I will praise Jehovah all my life. I will sing praises to my God as long as I live. Do not put your trust in princes Nor in a son of man, who cannot bring salvation. His spirit goes out, he returns to the ground; On that very day his thoughts perish. Happy is the one who has the God of Jacob as his helper, Whose hope is in Jehovah his God, The Maker of heaven and earth, Of the sea, and of all that is in them, The One who always remains faithful, The One securing justice for those defrauded, The One giving bread to the hungry. Jehovah is releasing the prisoners. Jehovah is opening the eyes of the blind; Jehovah is raising up those bowed down; Jehovah loves the righteous. Jehovah is protecting the foreign residents; He sustains the fatherless child and the widow, But he thwarts the plans of the wicked. Jehovah will be King forever, Your God, O Zion, for generation after generation. Praise Jah!ā€

John 14:6: ā€œJesus said to him: ā€œI am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.ā€

Hi Life Learning. That was a nice thing to say. Thanks so much.

I decided to take an aunt and my mom's suggestions. They are both gone now. I always liked to write. So I am beginning to take the encouragement they gave me Years ago.

I am by myself, no children and have the time. Plus the way my cat, Mr. DOODLES looks
at me when I talk to him I do need a hobby and quick lol. So my ramblings will go in a book .

I have time to ramble and organize those thoughts and type up as a fun book. Figure better than paying a therapist!!

I also need to do better posting. Proof and punctuation perhaps writing my posts out first.

I don't know how to put in emoji's like smiles or thumbs up etc. Still relearning how to post again.

As many folks here probably have, I have some funny stories to share. So a book I feel is the way to go. Being older and alone can be pretty funny not to mention all the stuff in my mental file cabinet from years of living.

Starting with my mom being single and having me in the 1940's. Not real popular in those days.

Thanks for your kind words. Have pleasant rest of your week.

Hugs
