Is there any doubt that they are on board with this? They have been on board with covering up for pedophiles and helping them to continue this abhorrent practice for a hundred years or more. There is evidence from the UN website about what is expected of members. All this information is available for any who care to investigate. I believe that brother King has already shared this information in his videos. But how many not only take in the information being shared but share it in turn and take up our calling of sharing in the ministry?

Absolutely so and thanks for focussing upon the basic issue - it’s a good reminder to always keep grounded and not to be drawn off onto side roads. What I appreciate most of all about your site is the transition of knowledge into faith that comes from study. It opens the doorway to imbibing the conglomerate of facts, history and purpose into faith, understanding and thus love for and within the spirit. Whether watchtowers demise comes through whatever pathway, either masons or their own greed pales against the understanding of the Word for what it is, and its fruits; its very substance of righteousness is the goal for us to have it within us. We shall see the deliverance howsoever it comes to us, through understanding of the spirit.

Chapter 11 – Strange Bedfellows​

It is true—politics does make strange bedfellows. And religion and politics make even stranger bedfellows. Nowhere is that more evident than in the absurd political partnership between the professedly “politically neutral” Watchtower and the purported “disgusting thing”—the United Nations. It is so incredible, even when informed of the matter many of Jehovah’s Witnesses simply refuse to believe that the Watchtower could ever have made such a compromising alliance. But it did. What follows are the facts of the strange affair.

On October 8, 2001, Stephen Bates, the religious affairs correspondent for The Guardian newspaper in London, originally broke the story revealing the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society was registered with the United Nations Department of Public Information (DPI) as an officially recognized NGO (non-governmental organization). Unbeknownst to millions of Jehovah’s Witnesses, it turns out that the Watchtower had been secretly affiliated with the United Nations for nearly a decade.

No doubt anticipating a tsunami wave of criticism and perhaps even an official UN investigation, the Watchtower quickly requested that its NGO affiliation with the DPI be terminated. Shortly afterward, Paul Gillies, the Watchtower’s spokesman in London, released a statement to The Guardian saying that it had been necessary to register the organization as an NGO so that Bethel’s research staff could have access to the Dag Hammarskjöld Library at the United Nations headquarters in New York City, and that was all there was to it. However, following the anticipated flood of inquiry from Jehovah’s Witnesses around the world—many of whom read the story on the Internet—a few weeks later the Governing Body also issued a more detailed “explanation” to inquiring Watchtower field offices. The official branch letter implied that the Watchtower’s NGO relationship was not secret at all. In the opening sentence, the Watchtower states: “Because of published allegations by opposers that we have secret links to the United Nations, a number of branches have inquired about the matter and we have replied.” (Click here for UN documents)

In view of the fact the Watchtower has never publicized its NGO connection to the UN in any of its publications, prior to the Guardian exposé none of Jehovah’s Witnesses in the field were aware of the relationship—not even numerous branch overseers of the Watchtower, who themselves inquired about the matter. Surely, then, it is disingenuous for the Governing Body to casually dismiss the matter as being mere “allegations by opposers that we have secret links to the United Nations.” Even to this day, the vast majority of Jehovah’s Witnesses are still unaware of the NGO affair.

There you go! I reckon all of us have experienced silly statements like that even when we were PIMI's, I know I did. In the early days it used to confuse me so much how these brothers and sisters could think like that, even straight after reading experiences in the year books etc about all the various infiltraters that had come into the organisation and then threw them to the lions!! "Doublethink" at it's best due to all the gaslighting..

One thing they never think about is, Jehovah gave them a choice, they chose to serve God. Similarly, Jehovah did not FORCE WT to carry Jehovah's name and claim to represent him. They chose to "serve" God. They even make it a point that our service to Jehovah has to be acceptable to HIM! And this whole "Jehovah wouldn't allow it" all stems from this 1914 delusion that Christ is reigning and he's in control of the congregations. I mean if that's the case Christ is doing a pretty poor job, but anyway...that's why it's a plastered wall that's about to collapse, there's NOTHING holding it up

It's funny because I just had to repair one of my load bearing walls, under my bathroom window which is these large glass blocks they use for bathroom windows sometimes.

My daughter leaned on the wall under this window, which is 4 feet by 4 feet sop even bigger than this picture, and must have weighed close to 300lbs, and there was a big hole behind the window. I started looking inside the wall with a flashlight, and what I saw I could not believe. I guess the window had been leaking inside the wall for a long time, and all the support framing, was completely disintegrated. I could not believe it. I did not know what was holding the window up anymore. I immediately started tearing the wall down, so I could get a brace under the window. I think the window was still in place, because I have Coquina, on the outside of my house, and I think the mortar was just enough to keep it in place. I was really worried that once I started messing with it, it was going to collapse too. (It's all fixed now, just re-doing tile etc now.) But that is the state of WT right now. But instead of gutting the wall, and rebuilding the support structure, they just keep plastering over the giant hole that other wise would let you know, something very, very serious is wrong! But sooner or later, the weight of that giant window is going to be too much for that plaster to hold any longer, and the whole thing will come crashing down!


Even repairing it is tricky. I knew if I wasn't very careful the whole window could come out of the hole it was in, and at one point it almost did. But I knew if I was careful, I could repair it, and save myself a MUCH MUCH bigger problem down the road. If it had come out of the window, I would not have been able to fix it myself. I think WT is at that point now. They should have fixed it themselves instead of "waiting on Jehovah." Which is the exact same attitude as "Jehovah wouldn't allow that."

Algo en lo que nunca piensan es que Jehová les dio una opción: ellos eligieron servir a Dios. De igual manera, Jehová no obligó a WT a llevar su nombre ni a afirmar que lo representan. Ellos eligieron "servir" a Dios. ¡Incluso insisten en que nuestro servicio a Jehová debe ser aceptable para Él! Y todo este "Jehová no lo permitiría" proviene de la ilusión de 1914 de que Cristo reina y controla las congregaciones. Mi hija se apoyó en la pared debajo de esta ventana, que mide 1,20 m x 1,20 m, incluso más grande que esta foto, y debía pesar cerca de 136 kg. Había un gran agujero detrás. Empecé a mirar dentro de la pared con una linterna, y lo que vi no lo podía creer. Me preocupaba mucho que, si empezaba a tocarla, se derrumbara también. (Ya está todo arreglado, solo estoy repintando los azulejos, etc.). Pero así está la situación en WT ahora mismo. Pero en lugar de destripar la pared y reconstruir la estructura de soporte, simplemente siguen enyesando el enorme agujero que, de otro modo, ¡dejaría claro que algo muy grave va mal! Pero tarde o temprano, el peso de esa enorme ventana será demasiado para que el yeso pueda sostenerla, ¡y todo se derrumbará!


Incluso repararlo es complicado. Sabía que si no tenía mucho cuidado, la ventana entera podría salirse del agujero, y en un momento casi lo hizo. Pero sabía que si tenía cuidado, podría repararla y ahorrarme un problema MUCHO MÁS grave en el futuro. Si se hubiera salido de la ventana, no habría podido arreglarlo yo mismo. Creo que WT está en ese punto ahora. Deberían haberlo arreglado ellos mismos en lugar de "esperar en Jehová". Que es exactamente la misma actitud que "Jehová no lo permitiría".

Me temo que si los niños se apoyan en la pared de la WT, la casa se viene abajo. Y ahí es cuando entra Jesús glorioso a inspeccionar la casa.
