Magnesium

When you have a heart attack, the emergency room doctor administers a syringe full of magnesium directly into your heart.

Here is a video from Dr. Tom Cowan's "Heart Revolution "...and oh by the way his other channel seems to be taken down (Talkin Turkey with Tom )
Yes!!! And, magnesium is used by the body in over 300 different enzyme pathways including detoxification. So, I bet the magnesium was depleted in people who got the vaxx and thus the heart palpitations and sudden death. I bet the ones who got the vaxx and didn't get those problems either were already supplementing with magnesium and so not affected as much or were eating foods high in magnesium. If you look at a list of the vaxx injuries, they all will be found on the same list of magnesium deficiency symptoms.

Ensure before adding plant food then that the plant is not variegated naturally !! 😀
Hydrangeas can change from pink to blue by adding sulfur and back to pink by adding alkaline minerals. It's all about the minerals. We as humans are alkaline by function and so the most abundant mineral in our bodies is calcium. The other alkaline minerals are magnesium sodium and potassium. All of those minerals are found abundantly in the plant kingdom which is why Jehovah created humans to eat a plant based diet like in the Garden of Eden. All animal foods are high in phosphorus and methionine/cysteine which are acidic in the body and need lots of alkaline minerals to buffer them

Kaufman and Cowan reject that thinking.... the stomach is acidic and needs to be in order to digest food.

Different organs and body fluids have different pH's. The blood is slightly alkaline at 7.5 at all times.

As for the body, calcium is the most abundant mineral in the body

Stomach acid needs SODIUM, an alkaline mineral, in order to function well. Our electrolytes that make our hearts beat and our skeleton, etc. all need the alkaline minerals in abundance to function well. If you add up the mineral elements in the photo above, Calcium, Potassium, Sodium and Magnesium make up 2.2% of the body, whereas the acidic minerals only make up 1.6% so acidic minerals are only 75% as abundant in the body as alkaline minerals are. Now, in a refined diet of grains, sugar and heavy in animal foods, acidic minerals predominate.

Leafy greens are the highest of any foods in alkaline minerals. They are the highest in calcium, especially collards, kale and arugula, magnesium, sodium, and potassium. And even iron which is another alkaline mineral.

Well I honestly don't know who is right or wrong, but I do know that we are in the midst of a paradigm shift ...a sea change... a copernican moment. And as such we need to be willing to reexamine all the Rockefeller propaganda of the last 100 years

Amen to that. I personally will be passing out popcorn at Armageddon to watch the demise of that evil family.

Nick Pineault - the Emf Guy

Before my work as the EMF Guy, I spent years (2009 - 2016) relentlessly studying nutrition, supplementation, and countless other health modalities.

As the years went by, I saw diet trends come and go. Paleo was strong, and eventually it became the “ancestral health movement”, with some people advocating for a ketogenic diet, and some people experimenting with the carnivore diet.

The same can be said about supplements: Some products were popular and “groundbreaking” around 2010, and are barely talked about today. Supplement trends also come… and go.

But Magnesium is an exception. I started supplementing with it back in 2009, and nearly 15 years later it’s still considered one of the most important supplements to consider using by nearly every single health expert I follow and trust.

Why talk about magnesium, and not calcium, selenium, copper, and countless other minerals?

All of them are important, but there are a few reasons that magnesium is one of the most important minerals you should be aware of:

1. Magnesium deficiency is extremely common (at least 50-80% of the population, depending on which studies you look at)

2. There are also good reasons to think that magnesium deficiency can make you more susceptible to the detrimental effects of EMF exposure (based on the work of Dr. Martin Pall – and the fact that “magnesium has been known to inhibit calcium influx via L-type calcium channel”) (1)

3. For decades, researchers have hypothesized that increased stress levels (from all sources: physical, environmental, psychological, etc.) can lead to faster magnesium depletion. This link is stronger than ever as shown in a recent 2020 review. (2)

Indeed magnesium is so vital for our health.
I’ve read that the most efficient way of getting it into your system is transdermal.
Personally I mix the magnesium flakes at a 1 to1 ratio with distilled water and make magnesium oil.
As to protecting yourself from EMF’s, you’ll find no better protection (unless you live in a faraday cage) than to ground or earth yourself (barefoot in the grass) on a regular basis as it floods the body with negatively charged electrons which neutralize positively charged free radicals.
Grounding yourself (with a grounding mat) while on your device or PC negates all the radiation they produce.
Earthing is natures most powerful antioxidant.
