This below article states,
"Ultimately, the removal of card numbers might pale against the removal of cards altogether. The Mastercard Biometric Checkout Program removes the need for retail customers to bring a physical card altogether, rely on biometrics more fully, with consumers paying for things just with their face, or palm payments, for example."

Essentially, the article is suggesting that the elimination of traditional card numbers may be a precursor to the complete phasing out of physical payment cards. The Mastercard Biometric Checkout Program exemplifies this shift by allowing consumers to rely solely on biometric authentication, such as facial recognition or palm scans for transactions, eliminating the need for physical cards altogether.
This however, raises an important question:
Could the growing adoption of biometric payment systems by companies like Mastercard and Visa be linked to the passage in Revelation 13:16-17, which describes a mark on the right hand or forehead as a prerequisite for economic participation?
"It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads, so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name." -Revelation 13:16-17
Given these developments, no doubt, the increasing reliance on biometric verification aligns with broader global initiatives, such as the UN's 2030 Agenda and its recent "Pact for the Future," particularly the Global Digital Compact.
It should also now, of course, be public knowledge that the United Nations is currently actively promoting a digital ID system integrated with banking and mobile payment platforms to facilitate financial access and participation in the global economy. Additionally, the UN's efforts resembles that of the World Economic Forum, which has championed the use of biometrics(such as fingerprints and facial recognition) for secure identification.
One article, states:
"The United Nations is advocating for the implementation of a digital ID system with banking and mobile payment platforms to enhance access to financial services and government services globally. This system aims to provide convenient access to a wide range of financial services, including bank accounts, payments, and remittances, irrespective of location, while promoting participation in the global economy.
The UN’s proposal promotes global digital cooperation and sustainable development goals. By connecting digital IDs with bank or mobile money accounts, social protection coverage can be effectively delivered to eligible beneficiaries.
The proposal also aligns with the World Economic Forum’s efforts in biometrics, such as fingerprints or facial features, for accurate and secure identification.
Despite technological advancements, the UN acknowledges the importance of addressing wealth inequality and ensuring equal access to the digital revolution. The UN aims to enhance financial inclusion and promote digital transactions by facilitating access." UN Pushes for Global Digital ID System to Boost Financial Inclusion and Digital Public Infrastructure: A Pillar of the UN’s Ambitious Global Digital Compact
Nevertheless, all of this should raise questions and concerns about privacy, control, and potential restrictions on economic freedom. Question is, however. . .
Could this indeed be paving the way for the Wild Beast's globalized system, described in Revelation 13? And will their system be set up, before 2030?
