I think it will take a little study...and organizing, a genius will do...I was going to ask that myself. The logistics are tough though. It has to be done after sundown. Most of us live in the 7 or so time zones of North/South America so it would be really tough. When we factor in Barnaby and Mick who live in the UK...yikes it's impossible. Add in Medi-tator and Driven in Hawaii and several Bros in NZ and Aus and it's really impossible.
Robert could record it though and we could take part in each of our time zones but I don't know if that's viable either.
Just an additional note: if your congregation will Zoom the Memorial, there should be no problem...I am thinking about those, that will not have the Memorial on the Zoom...besides first it was announced, that unvaccinated cannot attend the meetings...now, should unvaccinated brothers and sisters expose themselves to the possible vaccine shedding by sitting in the hall for 2 hours next to those vaccinated (and who knows how many "jabs" and "boosters" they had)? This one is tough for me. Our congregation will zoom and have the regular in person provided everyone is wearing masks, etc. My husband of nearly 50 years died three weeks ago of Covid double pneumonia. (in case you are wondering, he wasn't vaxxed, but had severe comorbidities so nothing was working). The rest of us (myself, adult children and their families) all took preventive ivermectin and although one did get a little flu for a few days, by the end we all tested negative in spite of literally never leaving my husband's side for a moment while he was in the hospital). We are not vaxxed. Our congregation saw the vax as obligatory and some even vaccinated their children. I guess I can't zoom forever.
I am so very sorry to hear that! It must have been so traumatic. Covid is so cruel to those with health problems. I can totally understand your hesitation to go to the KH. I’m not sure I want to either. I am immune compromised and have already had Covid twice and am now suffering from post Covid syndrome. I’m worried about being re-exposed both to Covid and to spike shedding from the vaccinated. This one is tough for me. That would be nice! However, how many brothers and sisters live in his time zone? The other option would be that he makes a video and everybody who desires can use it in his time zone at the right time...I think the best would be to arrange a possible memorial with Brother Robert...let's ask him what he thinks about this
I've made my own memorial bread since they shuttered the KHs. Its easy to make. Just a simple dough from flour and water. Roll out thin and bake.question for those who do memorial on Zoom, do you bake your own bread?
btw when is the memorial this year?
@Sundial So sorry to hear of the loss of your husband. I lost my husband of 38 years only 5 months ago and the pain of losing your mate is the most unimaginable pain. I pray that Jehovah help us get through the difficult months ahead. My deepest condolences. This one is tough for me. Just imagine sitting 2 hours among fully vaccinated brothers and breathing that air...Thanks for the videos Joel. I'll be using one of those, probably that last one. I won't attend Zoom, my conscience won't allow it. That's not a dig at those that continue to attend meetings, I've just had enough of them.
It was the masks and Joe MacTeeg’s thoughtful post that pushed me over the edge of deciding that my husband and I will celebrate it in our home. At least for now. I could still change my mind, but I don’t know how to get over the masks, which to me signify the lying and the Satanic spirit of the whole vax/mask deception/manipulation.Thanks for the videos Joel.
