We have the world at a disadvantage knowing what's about to transpire: I wonder what it is that scares the hell out of the globalists, represented by the kings of the earth, the high officials, the military commanders, the rich, the strong, every slave, and every free person to hide in the caves and the rocks saying 'Fall over us and hide us from the face of the One seated on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb. Is it that every eye unmistakably sees our Father's son coming on the clouds? I believe that phenomenon is yet to be beheld. Hopefully we all live to admire it.

But what I don't understand is that if everyone realises that it really is Jesus (however he makes it known) why run away? While be "scared" why the need to want to be "protected" from Jesus? Surely everyone ought to be pleased?? Me personally, I'm going to be so relieved 😍

Great question. I would guess that some people will be scared because of the lies that have been and will be told about Jesus during the run up to his return. I had a wonderful, and very surprising spiritual conversion last night with my ex-wife's longtime friend. I had no idea she was so spiritually connected to God. We discussed many topics, one being the remnant and the GC. To my surprise, she claimed to be part of GC, even though she has never been exposed to WT doctrine. She called the 7,000 the remnant, and the GC those saved by grace. Out of the blue she said I was part of the remnant, and I had no response other than to ask where she got this teaching from. She said it's from years of Bible study. She feels completely isolated in that nobody around her shares her beliefs.

My son was there during our discussion, and the trinity came up. She and I were able to get him to admit that Jehovah could exist without Jesus, but not vice versa. He tried to hold his own by arguing some Catholic doctrine, but the Holy Spirit prevented it. I could feel the HS speaking through me and her, and I saw its effect on my son. He ceded points that he never would have otherwise. He accepted that the HS isn't a separate person, but Jehovah's power. I had goosebumps multiple times during this conversation.

Back to your question... why will people run? Because the lies Satan has been planting about Jesus all these years will cause those destined to side with him to see Jesus as the problem, and the reason for the world's dysfunction. They will gleefully round up and murder Christians if allowed. The name of Jesus makes some people physically ill, because they have already chosen to side with Satan. These people knowingly and unknowingly side with Satan by worshipping abortion, LGBTQ and any issue that causes anger.

Perhaps for the same reason that Adam & Eve "hid" when they heard Jehovah's voice in the Garden of Eden. They undoubtedly were aware of whom was speaking and became ashamed/afraid as they recounted the gravity of their sin and the consequences.

(Genesis 3:10) 10 Finally he said: “Your voice I heard in the garden, but I was afraid because I was naked and so I hid myself.. . ."

Great experience Carl.. when you have experiences like that that gives you goosebumps, or you experience things in your life that can ONLY have been done by Jehovah and you get those goosebumps, it's so faith strengthening isn't it? I firmly believe that those goosebumps are Jehovah's way of showing us that he is right there with us, behind whatever it is that's going on 😍
Yes, I do understand why those truly against Jehovah and Jesus will be afraid, they're the wicked ones, but there's an awful lot of decent people out there too.. unless there's a few more years of continued degeneracy to come yet, and a lot more decent people to turn away from what's good and right 🤷

Decent by the world's standards, not necessarily Jehovah's, as I know you are aware. I hope I'm wrong, but I see most "decent" people siding with Satan... even many in Christendom and JW halls. The time from the opening of the 1st seal until the MOTB is rolled out will probably be a few years, with conditions getting the worst at the very end. We have no idea what it'll be like just before Jesus returns and seals the anointed, but I suspect it'll be bleak. Those with weak faith, who today seem like good people, will cling to whoever gives them a fleshly/tangible hope, not a spiritual/faith-based hope. It's hard to tell a starving person to wait for the Kingdom when Satan's offering a 9-course meal right now. I know Jehovah won't let us starve, but it may seem like it at sometimes. We need to remember that Satan really wants us to side with him, so we will be subjected to all kinds of temptations and hardships. What a wonderful thing to be the target of Satan due to your faith!

It’s easier to be a “good person” when you have all you need and much of what you want. The real test will be when these people see their wealth wiped out… and taking the MOTB offers to restore their prosperity!

I use to watch Lyndon in the early 90s give economic speeches. I also use to listen to Max Kaiser of RT News that echoed some of Lyndons stuff. Where he once had Jamie Damond on his show in Britain and Max punched Diamond in the mouth on live TV for being a lying crook and an assest of Londons banksters. The show was shutdown not long after. Later RT News was also considered a threat and swiftly removed from the west's mainstream media.. Sadly, truth is some how a criminal act.

Those seemingly good people - when they lose their money will still have powerful connections. They have networks of going to the right Schools and Universities - Yale, Oxford, Cambridge. Think tank groups and political societies. I'm thinking of Boris Johnson - his connections and money that is donated to him because of his influence. Thankfully Jehovah and Jesus will have mankind's interest at heart.

Makes sense. In the Revelation to John, it made him cry that no one on earth was able to open the scrolls or “to look into it”. But then he is told that the “Lion of the tribe of Judah” was the one who will open the scroll and its seven seals. No doubt Jesus’ opening the scroll and seals is in reference to Jesus Parousia and how he will provide this knowledge to the faithful anointed when they are sealed. But some want to pretend that they are already sealed and Jesus’ arrival is merely ceremonial. The “Lion” still has some roaring to do.

Revelation 5:1-5: “And I saw in the right hand of the One seated on the throne a scroll written on both sides, sealed tight with seven seals. And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice: “Who is worthy to open the scroll and break its seals?” But no one in heaven or on earth or underneath the earth was able to open the scroll or to look into it. I gave way to a great deal of weeping because no one was found worthy to open the scroll or to look into it. But one of the elders said to me: “Stop weeping. Look! The Lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has conquered so as to open the scroll and its seven seals.”

Revelation 3:19: “All those for whom I have affection, I reprove and discipline. So be zealous and repent.”

Thank you for the analysis @Watchman.

It has made a big difference to have a better sense of what I should be preparing for in the near future. I definitely had the wrong impression about the they-them. It lead me to have a false sense of security and complacency that could have turned out, well, poorly. Might have been put with the goats.

Like you state, advance notice has been given what separates the sheep from the goats.

“will not do a thing unless he has revealed his confidential matter to his servants the prophets.” Surely, the reason God reveals his secrets to his prophets is so they may issue his warning. “The lion has roared! Who will not be afraid? The Sovereign Lord Jehovah has spoken! Who will not prophesy?” – Amos 5:7-8

Sorry, but this text is in Amos 3:7-8, not 5:7-8.
It would be a shame if this ended up wrong by the GB. :unsure:
