What do I believe in?
I would be interested to see your work in progress as my husband wants to put together a similar “fact sheet”.
Here goes:
"How do you summarize your beliefs?
I believe we were created, not evolved, and that the Bible is the inspired instruction manual given to us by our Creator. I also believe the Bible was intentionally left open for debate in order to test our faith. My faith is pretty simple really; there is only one God, whose name in English is Jehovah. His first creation was Jesus. Everything we see was then created by Jesus, including humans. Soon after humans were created, the angel who was assigned to watch over the Garden of Eden rebelled against God, resulting in the evil world we see today.
Jehovah foresaw the possibility of this rebellion when He gave angels and humans the free will to either obey or oppose His will. Due to this possibility, He also created the Sacred Secret, which will be a government of human kings who will serve directly under Jesus, the King of kings. This Kingdom hasn't come yet, which is why we're still praying for it to come.
When Satan challenged Jehovah, he set in motion a multi-millennial battle between good and evil. Satan was allowed to try and show God wrong by using the Earth as the chessboard and humanity the pieces. That may sound cruel, but it's far from it. God couldn't simply destroy Satan and create Adam & Eve 2.0, that would have caused other angels to question Him in the future. So, He allowed Satan a predetermined amount of time to test his hypothesis, with some restrictions.
God knew that humanity would suffer, so He created a way out for those who placed their faith in Him. He also set up a provision for those who didn't have a chance to know Him, called the Resurrection and the Ransom. Basically, the Resurrection will bring back to life almost every human who has ever lived, where they will be given a chance to learn how to live by God's standards without any interference from Satan. This is also when the Kingdom mentioned above will be in place. The Ransom was paid by Jesus when he died for our sins.
Jesus told his followers to look for certain event that will herald his return. One was that the good news of the Kingdom must be preached in the entire inhabited world before the end would come. That didn't occur until Jehovah's Witnesses correctly discerned what the Kingdom was, and what had to occur before it came to power. Jehovah's Witnesses are being used by God to teach some very important Bible truths, but they also fulfill specific prophecies about a Man of Lawlessness within their ranks; who teaches a big lie. The lie he teaches is that Jesus returned in 1914. The fact is, Jesus has not returned, but all signs say he is close at the door.
I believe all signs are saying that the war in Heaven will commence any day, engulfing the world in extreme violence, financial collapse, famines and plagues; followed by the Great Tribulation or World War III. World War III won't last long, because Jehovah cuts it short in order to seal the remnant on Earth, completing the full 144,000 kings & priests of the Kingdom. At this point, the remnant will number exactly 7,000. They represent the Two Witnesses who will witness to the world that they have seen and spoken to Jesus. At the same time, Satan will be ruling over his one world government for a period of 42 months, starting from when he is kicked out of Heaven, which causes the Great Tribulation.

and surely we'd have records of it somewhere? We'd also have a record of the downfall of the Watchtower, the Great Tribulation, how we managed to get through the 42 months without accepting the mark, and what the mark was, how the separating work went, and what things Jehovah used at Armageddon, why are we still growing old and dying, why is Big Pharma still part running the world??!! you could go on and on really. Maybe with your son's Carl, just resort to asking them questions in order to receive answers from the Bible, let THEM teach YOU for a change
