No it's actually a small indoor greenhouse I bought a Princess Auto. Princess is like the Harbor Freight in the US. I think I paid about 80 bucks for it.Is that a fish aquarium you are using? If so, that is such a great idea.

The lights weren't included.
We have never tried to grow this before, but it sounds interesting enough to add it to our future crop list.Called a plant for the apocolypse, a survival plant for hard times; the Jerusalem Artichoke.

I haven't tried to grow it either but want to add it to my garden as well. It might also be a good 'privacy fence', as it grows tall.We have never tried to grow this before, but it sounds interesting enough to add it to our future crop list.
Happiness in the garden is actually pro-rata with how many local cats you have that also like planting things in your garden, often when, upon lifting a nice hand of potatoes you suddenly realise why your potatoes have done so well that year when you find the feline residue.I haven't even watched this and I know the answer![]()
Hahaha that's a hoot. My mother used to have that problem in her flower beds. She wouldn't have if she hadn't been feeding the feral colony. Crazy cat lady she was.Happiness in the garden is actually pro-rata with how many local cats you have that also like planting things in your garden, often when, upon lifting a nice hand of potatoes you suddenly realise why your potatoes have done so well that year when you find the feline residue.![]()
Animal poo is an ingredient in many fertilizers, the cats just contribute for free.Happiness in the garden is actually pro-rata with how many local cats you have that also like planting things in your garden, often when, upon lifting a nice hand of potatoes you suddenly realise why your potatoes have done so well that year when you find the feline residue.![]()
People pay good money for chicken manure and bat guano but not so much with cat poo. It does smell pretty strongly.Hahaha that's a hoot. My mother used to have that problem in her flower beds. She wouldn't have if she hadn't been feeding the feral colony. Crazy cat lady she was.
To the best of my knowledge, my cat preferred to do his biz down in the woods. He was good about keeping the moles and voles out of the garden. The only problem was picking the cat fur off of the green beans.Long time ago. I can laugh about it now.

That’s just the sort of thing my dog would do if he could, even though he doesn’t have a litter tray. My dear wife spent £200 on a dog toilet for outside in the garden in the hope of hygienically centralising fallout - he uses it to sleep on - it’s still as clean as the day it arrived a couple of years ago.My cat runs indoors, uses her litter tray, then runs back outside again![]()
True, though for some strange reasoning, I prefer the bovine or equine offering, rather than canine or feline - for both of which I have a strange phobia!! (It’s a man-thing)!!Animal poo is an ingredient in many fertilizers, the cats just contribute for free.
Happiness in the garden is actually pro-rata with how many local cats you have that also like planting things in your garden, often when, upon lifting a nice hand of potatoes you suddenly realise why your potatoes have done so well that year when you find the feline residue.![]()
