thank you for the video. I like exercises in slow motion, considering my age and a lack of regular exercises for years.. this video is great. When I started first time slow zumba I realized how weak physically I am. After a first exercises I had a body aching for almost a week and I almost gave up.
I resumed my exercises after I recovered and go with it slowly it takes time to get stronger and in shape. But the exercises from Your video are much calmer than my, so I am going to use it. Thank you.
