It seems that superficially JW.ORG are promoting God's Kingdom above the UN. https://www.jw.org/en/library/magazines/awake-no1-2019-mar-apr/world-government/

Then I did a search of the phrase 'World Health Organisation ' in JW.ORG, and I was staggered by the quantity of the results!
Back when I was writing the first edition of Jehovah Himself Has Become King, before JW.org existed, I compiled a list of all the UN references in the Awake! Magazine during the time it was an Associate level NGO. It is 50 pages Plumbing the Depths of the Watchtower's Prostitution

"Before JW.org existed"... reminded me that in the 90's the watchtower refused to have any involvement on the internet. There was a lot of rationale about why, but none of it stood up to any level of scrutiny.

Technology like clay can be used for good and bad. It is up to the potter to decide if the thing made will be for a good purpose or otherwise. It is as if the WT determined for us all that clay is bad, so we do not use clay.
