It amazes me how people can come up with the most insane stances, all in the name of greater good. This is the definition of pathological altruism. But it goes hand in hand with prophecy. Good intentions seem to give rise to the most intense evil. She thinks because sentient life can suffer, that life shouldn't exist. She includes children and animals in this assessment.

The Word said it best: "For the one finding me will find life, and he receives approval from Jehovah. But the one who ignores me harms himself, and those who hate me love death.” - Proverbs 8:35-36

She has exactly zero chance of procreating, and that's the real reason she's so pissed. She hates her own existence, and wants anyone and everyone else who's life is any better than hers to pay for her perceived "suffering." Her "struggle" begins with having to get out of bed and finding out she ate all her doughnuts the night before.

I forget who said this. It was this guy arguing with a feminist. She said if you were my husband I would poison your coffee. In response, he said to her, if you were my wife I would drink it.

Similarly, if I was married to this woman I would absolutely consent to annihilation to end my suffering.

Winston Churchill, as I recall.

This reminds me, I forget the name of the movie but it has Dennis Leary in it, and he takes a family hostage, and the Father's mother is there, and she's super nasty to everyone, including her son, and finally Dennis Leary tells her, "Your husband's not dead lady, he's in hiding." To me, it's one of the funniest lines in a movie. Of course it helps when it hit's home too...LOL.

Yep! She's an "empty bucket" type, and she doesn't understand how to fill up.

Haha! That was so funny JR, I needed cheering up cos I'm at my meeting (well, virtually anyway 😅)

The bucket has a bunch of holes in it. This is why I think the first death & perhaps the second death might be a mercy to some. A saying that comes to mind that I try to remember when dealing with negative thinking is "Don't go hollow." It's not easy but crucial nonetheless. Have to endure to the end, right?

Yep misery loves company.

The biggest problem she has is spiritual malnourishment that's what happens when you continue to feast on what the world has to offer.

But in reply he said: “It is written, ‘Man must live, not on bread alone, but on every utterance coming forth through Jehovah’s* mouth.’”+ Matthew 4:4

Definitely!
Folks like her are like this because they say "there is no God." They are hopeless but won't accept the only thing that can make the mess of this world make sense and give them hope. I find it so sad.

Some scriptures to go along with your thought.

5 Therefore, now that we have been declared righteous as a result of faith,+ let us enjoy peace+ with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have gained our approach+ by faith* into this undeserved kindness in which we now stand; and let us exult, based on hope+ of the glory of God. And not only that, but let us exult while in tribulations,+ since we know that tribulation produces endurance;+ endurance, in turn, an approved condition;+ the approved condition, in turn, hope,+ and the hope does not lead to disappointment;*+ because the love of God+ has been poured out into our hearts+ through the holy spirit,+ which was given us. Romans 5:

Good scripture. It's a shame people don't recognize suffering isn't universally bad. Of course, it can be, but sometimes suffering can be beneficial.

another stupid question from me: Why is she still alive???
It’s hardly a stupid question, Edith. It’s rather astute! Might I suggest that you simply omit the “still” in your sentence and ask it again? End of argument. Yet somehow, the interviewer managed to string this blithering conversation together for a full 19 minutes, which says very little for his knowledge base - rather that it’s akin to end-stage day-time TV. I should not be judgemental, but I feel that given her level of introspection in the matter, I suspect her diet has more to do with McFats than it does with literature. She should try Frickendella with chips and mayonnaise to assist her cognition - you know it makes sense! 🤣

Did you know that the whole understanding of evolution appears to rest solely on the assumption that flesh can think and that life’s values are learnt responses? In other words, there is no choice, only deviation. I think this character in the video may actually have evolved - not sure from what though. 🤣😵‍💫

Dogonit Burt, almost spewed my coffee on that one. 🤣
