After the covid jabs, there has been a huge increase in so called turbo-cancer...
I always believed that fasting can lead to your body destroying cancer cells...
There is no cancer in existence that can survive without glucose and glutamine.
Fasting has many many benefits and its not a coincidence that the Bible speaks about fasting so much.

yes I did.

It simply comes down to denying cancer cells glucose and glutamine and they will die off. Thats why a waterfast and keto diet is absolutely beneficial when someone is fighting cancer... When in keto, the body is attacking cancer cells... thats a fact.

Of course this isnt a narrative that is being supported by mainstream big pharma because there is no money in it...
They rather see patients take a chemo treatment... and die.

I agree that fasting is beneficial as long as you can do it. I started doing 40 hour fasts 3 X’s per week about 2 months ago and my blood pressure is now normal and it was high. I increased my time on the elyptical to 30 minutes 3 times per week. I‘ve lost 15 lbs and I don’t have cancer but it makes sense.

Susan, try Keto if you can. It's amazing. It's really tough though if you are a vegan.
 
Valter Longo, a researcher at USC has done numerous studies on fasting and has a whole chapter on fasting and cancer in his book "The Longevity Diet"


He says protein restriction is what does it and his diet has shown really promising results. He talks about Laron Syndrome, which is a genetic disorder that causes the person to have lower amounts of IGF-1 growth hormone and thus they are dwarfs and how they are virtually cancer-free, regardless of their diets, and he says that fasting turns off the cancer genes by lowering IGF-1.

I’m a committed carnivore and have no interest in changing
 
You’re description says protein restriction.
Just checked the book. He says that the fasting mimicking diet is about alternating protein restriction which activates stem cells with a normal protein content diet for restoration and he advocates more protein for those past age 70. He says red meat is too high in saturated fat but advocates more of a Mediterranean type diet with fish and legumes and includes cheese. He bases that advice on interviewing several centenarians and what they eat.

So the protein restriction is not all the time.

It’s interesting that Thomas Seyfried talks about cell fermentation that happens without oxygen but with glucose and glutamine. I also drink Chlorine Dioxide Solution and that adds an extra oxygen molecule to the water. It’s not an anti-oxidant but an oxidant and that is the mechanism that supposedly destroys bacteria and cell garbage. And, one of the ways that COVID-19 causes damage to the body is because the spike protein damages red blood cells so that they are not able to carry oxygen as they should. It just shows how important oxygen is to our cells.

So the protein restriction is not all the time.

Since the beginning of your including fasting, that automatically caused you to restrict protein by way of reducing intake on your fasting days so you are already protein restricting.

It's a powerful tool to avoid Alzheimer's, diabetes, and more and as the original poster said, it's a great tool for everyone and it's mentioned in the Bible no doubt for that reason.

funny, you say more protein for over 70. I did keto for years and was a real carnivore, but now I am well over 70 and hardly eat meat, I just don't like it anymore. (Oh btw it shows on my hips LOL)

That's Dr. Longo's opinion based on his research. I know lots of 70 year olds who are doing well and thriving on less.

Several years ago I did a 3 week water fast myself. I can confirm that even decades old scar tissue suddenly started disappearing... apparently because my body started removing / eating "useless" tissue. Jehovah made it so that when someone is experiencing hunger, the body will first extract nutrients from all over the body before the body will finally decide to break down vital organs.
Cancers started exploding among the population as soon as ppl started consuming highly processed foods and enormous amounts of sugars.
Cut the fuel and cancers will stop growing and the body can start repairing itself.

I tried a 5 day fast but I got so sick on day 4, I couldn’t continue and then it took a week for me to recover. But I can do a 40 hour fast. That is working for me. I have also tried full keto and it works wonderfully but I choose not to permanently eliminate all carbs from my diet and once you go off the keto diet the weight comes right back on. With intermittent fasting, I eat as healthy as I can and I do have carbs but no sugar. So its working for me and I don’t feel deprived except for my fasting days. From my own investigation the real culprit for heart disease, type 2 diabetes and various lifestyle diseases is really sugar and carbs and not red meat. But that’s my opinion and I don’t push that on anyone else.

And one should also read up before starting a longer fast so that you can determine if its for you in the first place, and to learn how to recognize the symptoms that indicate that you need to break the fast. Every body is different so an individual must decide for himself whether he or she is ready.

You said it. I've had some toenail fungus for years. It doesn't bother me too much but I wonder where it came from. How does that crap actually get under your toenails?! After a month and a half of Keto it had almost disappeared. Other weird stuff. Normally I'm up 3-5 times a night to urinate. On Keto, once or rarely twice, subsequently I slept so much better. Keto is amazing and will teach you a lot about your body. It's fairly easy too. You can eat until your full, just no carbs. A very satisfying "diet".

BTW, I'm avoiding sugar and limiting simple carbs and the weight I lost is staying off. It's probably because I was never hungry on Keto. If you put your body into a "starvation" state, it will slow your metabolism down and you will gain the weight back, there is no doubt about it.

I still get strong cravings for sugar though. It's a plague on modern man, IMO.
