He had the choice he could retire or be civilian in that position. He chose to stay in uniform. Had he chose to retire and be lead Warp speed as a civilian he would have been paid tons and tons of money. He and his wife moved to DC for the next year and half. So we did not see them like normal. When General Perna first told us about the Operation of Warp speed he said it was he and a scientist would be working together. I thought the scientist would be the one to invent the vaccine and Perna would distributed it. I learned during their stay with us a couple weeks ago that was not the case. He said there were 100 vaccines already to go and the scientist narrowed it to 6. It became apparent early on that they both knew my husband and I were totally against the vaccine. That of course did not set well with either of them. A few months into the operation my husband visited them while they were in DC...Perna asked if he was vaccinated and my husband said no...he told my husband....meet me at the Pentagon tomorrow you needed to get vaccinated. My husband said...I am afraid that will lead to a divorce. Perna did not push it and he has always said that it should not be mandated. However, he and his wife are both totally on board with the vaccine. So you can only imagine there is a fine line I am careful not to cross when we are together. Neither are comfortable to be around unvaccinated people. General Perna retired last summer. He has been very low key. He was bombarded with calls to write a book and now he says he is ready. What I can tell you about the book is he says....it's not going to be the book people will think it will be. It was like old times and we love them dearly so we kept the vaccine conversation at minimal.

Wow Coinlady! That’s very interesting…they’re observation on this vaccine seems like it may have taken a turn? Interesting info to say the least!

This is the dividing of the people. They will go one way or the other until the choice is no longer an option. Then the people who see the events for what they are, will have to decide how far they will go on their path. As time progressed it really stood out to me that this was always intended to acclimatize people to the idea of obedience to man, instead of God, or even their own common sense.
What is common sense worth these days? It has saved my life throughout my life. That's what it means to me. I can't say that I always had it but I can say that when I listened to it, even if I chafed other people it always worked out for my best interests.
