I hope he hasn't, predestination is a dangerous path. It can make you overconfident, like the "once saved, always saved" crowd... or a deflated, self-loathing nihilist who believes they're doomed no matter what they do. He got pretty hung up on his beliefs about the Sacred Secret, which was unnecessary. It's one thing to voice an opinion, but when arrogance take over, then you're at risk of falling for the satanic trap of over-confidence in your own conjecture. This can lead to delusions of grandeur, and open the door for Satan to trick you into believing you're one of the Chosen. I'm not accusing anyone of this, but it's always a risk when you start believing in your own conjecture too much. That's why the Bible warns about getting puffed up. I was at risk of this myself, so I understand the pull it has.

I had a nice discussion with my sons and their priest about the SS. They fall more in the camp of Cristo's thinking, while I'm more in line with Robert's. I was confused when the topic first came up due to the fact that Jehovah stated He knows the end from the beginning, but Nomex helped me understand that Jehovah can choose to know and not know certain things. This makes sense to me. If Jehovah knows everything, all the time, what fun would that be for Him? Why create something if He already knew He would destroy it? Obviously, He knew He would have to destroy the wicked if free will resulted in it, which was why He created the SS; but that doesn't mean He choose to know each and ever person's final destination on day 1 of creation. The SS was created as a failsafe in case humanity's use of free will devolved the world into the cesspool it is. It wasn't created because Jehovah knew it would. If it turns out I'm wrong, then so be it, but no human is going to convince me Jehovah gave a loaded firearm to a psychopath (Satan), knowing he would in turn ruin creation.

I found some videos that show the mindset of a Calvinist. It sounds a lot like what Stephen Lett said about babies but WAY nastier. Here they are.

To me, being born in sin means being born with imperfect genes that lead to death, and being born with the impossibility of remaining sinless. It doesn't mean babies are sinners, because babies can't sin... sin requires intent. Most young kids who "sin" are simply mirroring sinful behavior. At what age actual sinful intent is determined is above my spiritual pay grade.

Just like racism has to be learned. Some seem to come by it naturally but most learn it from the people around them.

Probably a WT troll trying to make us into idol worshippers of Robert because they have to protect their idol by demonizing those of us who love truth. Robert is only explaining the truth about prophecy that WT doesn’t do. It’s as if the persons who made this thread are saying: “Is it really so what Robert is saying true?”

It‘s strange that they haven’t come back on here since this thread was posted.

We have had people speak out on this forum about other people other than Robert . Those who have defended the person attacked have not been worshipping the person . They were voicing their opinion .The same as Ms Ladyblue has done . When you launched this attack against Robert , there was another person who also made these claims . Does that mean that they are worshipping you ? The whole idea of having this forum is for everyone to debate . But , if you would like to have a debate , and I mean a serious debate , and not a childish name calling match with Robert , why don`t you ask for one . It will be your chance to show who is right . I am sure everyone , especially Robert will enjoy it .

This forum is about Jehovah & Jesus, but since it has evolved into a community of like minded worshippers, every discussion isn't necessarily a worship session. We talk about family, friends, COVID, current events, trivia... yet almost every topic eventually leads into our faith. This forum is first and foremost about Jehovah, Jesus and the Kingdom, but it's also about those of us who witness about our faith. The fact that this forum revolves around its creator doesn't detract from our Creator. You claim Robert is exalting himself above Jehovah, which seems to be coming from a place of anger. The Christian thing to do would be to keep your opinion to yourself if you can't back up your opinion with scriptures or quotes.

If you were serious about any of this you should take a different approach. I think you got just the reaction you wanted.
