This is nothing new of course, the pattern has always been the same for God's people.
The quintessential dive into the puke tank to reach the scummy dross level... The internet is saturated with a mounting group of ex jws unraveling the truth about the truth, for an audience who are clearly becoming dissolutioned with the watchtower society and its many failed prophecies, the lies the control and cover-ups while leaders continue to play victim, claiming anything other than God's Channel flowing with new light sludge, is a bunch of apostate misinformation... The very things they prohibited the sheep from participating in as a demon influenced world...they are now suckin down and toasting each other for this new found participation in opening online platforms. Comments blocked of course. They get loads of cash from governments that are surely Satan's bribes, it's obviously he who lets them win in court, not God! Because the devil is intent on keeping the tap flowing for watchtower to keep sucking down what's on the altar of demons... Yes, what lovely group of wholesome caring leaders...Their apostasy is on full display and they aren't even trying to hide much anymore.Its amazing really, joining the world as they have, changing doctrine for bags of silver and perks. The watchtower has become the bloated hog fattened up for the day of slaughter, soon to be carcass where the eagles gather which means the inevitable judgment and destruction of jehovahs holy place on earth. The eagles are considered considered among the scavenger birds, its kind of a metaphor but also a fact when humans and animals are slain, birds come to feast and surely the watchtower will become a dead carcass ... Let your kingdom come Jehovah of army's.

Are you saying that watchtower has other platforms for public consumption other than the main watchtower channel for the congregation? Is there an example please? I can’t find any. Thanks.
 
It is very telling that the "faith" of JWs entirely depends on the Watchtower's faithfulness or lack thereof. I get the sense that many of the exJW crowd are thrilled to discover the so-called truth about the truth because it gives them an excuse to leave. They want to be part of Satan's world and not feel guilty. They don't want to know the real truth.

This has substance in many ways. With Catholicism for instance there is the best of both worlds. One can continue to deceive themselves with ignorance of the truth by joining a church and giving lip service, and simply pay cash for absolution through confession or bead counting. It’s one of the primary examples of self deceit. My brother in law was a deacon of the Catholic Church. He could recite a service but knew not the Bible at all. Wise in the Catholic wisdom of saints, but ignorant of Christ.

Much the same with evangelism. A type of spiritual yoga that purges the mind of guilt. I am of the mind that this is what watchtower have committed to. As often pointed out, they have stitched the truth up into an impossible impasse that cannot be resolved without their exposure, literally what the Bible suggests is their final destination - apostasy. This will indeed force a choice upon the sheep as the scriptures point out. Like the evangelists, their faith, such as it was, based upon lies, is traded by watchtower for the blind ‘feel good’ factor and the Kingdom of Christ made simply the brother of the ‘Rapture’. Each religion having their own exclusive ‘reward’. A never ending hope without completion.

To be honest, I'm glad they've gone down the social media path too, especially tick tock, because when the brothers and sisters "follow" the org's accounts, then the algorithm will send all kinds of jw stuff their way. I first found out this fun fact through the Watchtower itself, they've told us enough times in articles and talks over the years. Yet another example of the imploding that's going on..

Brothers and sisters, elders and CO's always said the org would never go down the social media path. Looks like they didn't know the org as well as they thought they knew them. All the congregations worldwide will know about these tick tock and Instagram accounts by the end of the week as it's being announced during the midweek meeting. I'm pretty sure even on zoom I'm going to hear the silent/quiet shock reactions!!

Apparently they secured the "handle" jw_pressroom on twitter but it never went live, so the intention is there! Apparently they've done the same with YouTube too.. they're getting close Robert ☺️ soon loadsa brothers and sisters will be stumbling upon you 👍😀

Eight or so years ago, I reached out to John and his two brothers. They were doing online Bible discussions back then, trying to sort things out, you could tell they were really trying to make sense of their life after leaving over doctrinal issues. I tried getting them to come over to e-watchmans platform and at least have chance to make sense of the Jesus's parable of the wheat and the chaff. I tried to get them to hang on to their faith in Jehovah and his kingdom. Two of his brothers where so dissolutioned from their wake-up they faded out. This guy Jon and I talked for a couple years on and off until he started the hinting that Jesus is God stuff. Which he's dialed back. And he's very methodical in dismantling watchtower doctrine. The problem for many who leave end up in shock, I know, I did. I was second guessing my entire life my knowledge bank of beliefs as well. People need immediate attention and answers when they leave, because the first thing happens is, heartache then mental chaos or separation syndrome, then anger. However, I wouldn't say all who awake are eager to embrace the world as an excuse to leave. Many are truly stumbled, like I was..Not all of us have the same amount drive to dig for the real truth. How could we, when those who are leading us were holding us back, were neither going in themselves... Organized Religion is not your friend...especially when it has broken many a soul by robbing and selling its people into slaughter in the name of Jehovah claiming to speak for Jesus. We should be careful to not judge everyone who leaves as not of our sort, because we aren't them, we haven't walked in their shoes. We must allow Christ to do the judging of who is worthy or who is not.

Agree wholeheartedly, but there's definitely many who are more than happy to throw the baby out with the bathwater and then start playing catch up on the "good" time they "missed" out on 🙄
I was in shock in 2020, and mental chaos, disgusted with the GB and what they were saying and doing, so I just kept praying to Jehovah and asking him where he'd gone to. I went to Reddit and kept looking there and asking questions. Many exjws weren't very appreciative about me leaving the Watchtower but still believing in Jehovah and wanting answers, but I didn't care, I just knew if I said the right things, that I'd find other brothers and sisters who were confused the same as me, and I did. Well, actually, someone on this forum found me and directed me here. And the rest is history 😍

It's a hard pill to swallow when for most of your life as a jw when one realizes the leaders have been packaging and selling the truth to you via its literature counter one piece at a time in reems of books and magazines distributed as companion aids to your silver sword Bible. All the while believing the ebb and tide of new light requiring the old literature to be tossed out and then having to repurchase the repackaged truth..I must have a couple of truck loads of this valuable truth in boxes in my garage now. Only problem is, if I were to dig it out and start preaching what's in it I'd be declared a mentally diseased apostate. My mother and sister called me that when I left, my sister finally came around to which I'm grateful.

Oh I really loved all the old literature when I was first studying, as ridiculous as some of it was, it all played a part in helping me learn about Jehovah and his purpose. I can happily extract only the important knowledge from the craziness in most areas of life really. And Satan is most certainly going to hide the knowledge of Jehovah in amongst a load of crazy stuff, fits perfectly with his agenda. I fully embrace the "old" light and the "new" light, and will continue to embrace tomorrow's light too, it all has a partner to play in the Grand Scheme of things 👍😍

They did not to begin with. Social media was “satanic” - their first response to anything new. But then they see that there are financial opportunities, if not via donations, then by numbers joining. But as noted, they get unwelcoming exposure and change their mind.
 
The fact of the matter is, the watchtower has no new light. The only new light that will be made known is in the future, when Jesus Christ manifests himself to the chosen ones, In arguably becoming the full light of the world.
An after thought, the watchtower says people will have a second chance to change their minds at the last minute during the great tribulation, makes me wander if they are connecting the time Moses came down from the mountain finding the people doing wickedness saying, whoever is on the side of Jehovah is to stand over by him. Idk. Did Noah say something similar the day before the ark door was shut? Who thinks there'll be a "last chance" moment, will ex jws and people in general get that opportunity the day before Armageddon? Let me know in the comments..

Yes, they will, if I've learned correctly from Robert's book, when Jehovah cuts short the great tribulation and his kingdom starts ruling concurrently with the Beast system, there's going to be a period of 42 months where everyone will have the chance to choose to either take the Beasts "mark" (whatever that's going to be) and live under Satan's rulership, or refuse the mark and take sides with Jehovah's kingdom, along with a lot of suffering. Obviously, there's a lot more to it than that but the point is, some people might have a change of heart and "take hold of the skirt of a jew" (the 7000 annointed ones, Jesus' brothers) because they'll recognise that God is with them 😃
 
To play devils advocate. Jehovahs says he will destroy those who do not know him. Jesus said he will dismiss those he never knew. The question is, how long will the separation of the sheep and goats last? Will Christ judge regular people up until the last moment? We know that is his intent for the chosen to receive the crown of life. What of the rest of humanity? Not to mention according to scripture, will be minus a quarter of earth's population. It's a tuff call changing sides at the last moment im not sure that's in the rule book...

No..It wasn't a last minute change of heart, plus, he knew jehovah. Not only that, at that time the kingdom had been split, in other words Manasseh took steps and with many prayers of penitence he had to remove the idols he setup, which took time. it wasn't a screeching about face before his kingdom was restored.
Today, unfortunately much of the world do not know Jehovah or the relevant position of his son and the anointed. So, that means there will NOT be last minute saving grace. Undeserved kindness has its limits. The watchtower is wrong in their conclusion on the matter because they have dismissed Jehovahs boundaries as meaningless wordplay... end!

Well, I've ALWAYS believed that Jehovah will allow people to have a change of heart right to the very end, waaaay before the Watchtower changed their minds on the subject. And I'll always believe it, right on through to the end 😍
 
That's a nice thought. Unfortunately, according to God's word,
Ignorance alone does not merit salvation.
The Bible presents salvation at Armageddon as tied to knowing and calling on Jehovah (God) in faith; those who persistently, willfully reject and avoid and who have never made an effeort to respond to God’s revealed message are not saved then.
