We have . . . a great cloud of witnesses surrounding us.—Heb. 12:1.

All the witnesses referred to in today’s text went through severe trials; yet, they built an outstanding record of faithfulness to Jehovah. (Heb. 11:36-40) Were their endurance and hard work wasted? Most definitely not! Even though during their lifetime they never saw the fulfillment of all of God’s promises, they continued to hope in Jehovah. And because they were certain that they had gained Jehovah’s approval, they were confident that they would see the promises come true. (Heb. 11:4, 5) Their example can strengthen our resolve to continue hoping in Jehovah. Today we live in a world that is going from bad to worse. (2 Tim. 3:13) Satan has not finished putting God’s people to the test. Regardless of the challenges that lie ahead, may we be determined to work hard for Jehovah, confident that “we have rested our hope on a living God.”—1 Tim. 4:10. w22.06 25 ¶17-18
What is stated in the daily text is true. However, and it always seems there is a "but" or "however," this expression: "Satan has not finished putting God’s people to the test" implies that God's people have been put to the test. Let us examine this statement more closely.

Jesus spoke of our being put to the test in his letters to the seven congregations. At Revelation 2:10 Jesus spoke of Satan's test: "Look! The Devil will keep on throwing some of you into prison so that you may be fully put to the test, and you will have tribulation for ten days. Prove yourself faithful even to death, and I will give you the crown of life." According to a recent statement by the GB, there are currently over 200 JW's in prison right now. That is a lot, but it is only a tiny fraction of the nearly nine million JW's worldwide. Some Christians are imprisoned in Russia. Islamic Eritrea has persecuted Jehovah's Witnesses for 30 years. Here is a question to ponder: Why have JW's in the United States had it so good? The last time JW faced prison was a half-century ago when the military draft was in force during the Vietnam War. Besides, Jesus was speaking to anointed persons. That is why he said, "Prove yourself faithful to death, and I will give you the crown of life."

At Revelation 3:10-11 Jesus spoke of a test coming upon the world: "I will also keep you from the hour of test, which is to come upon the entire inhabited earth, to put to the test those dwelling on the earth. I am coming quickly. Keep holding fast to what you have, so that no one may take your crown."

Again, Jesus speaks to anointed persons, encouraging them to continue enduring. If they do, Jesus promises to keep them from the hour of test. Has this hour of test begun? According to the Watchtower it has. The hour of test supposedly began in 1914 and has been ongoing now for 110 years! Here is a quote from the Grand Climax book, paragraph 18:
It was also time for this slave to give special attention to the things written in Jesus’ messages to the seven congregations, as we see from what is stated therein. For example, Jesus refers to his coming to judge the congregations, which judgment began in 1918. He speaks of protecting the Philadelphia congregation from “the hour of test, which is to come upon the whole inhabited earth.” This “hour of test” arrives only with the dawning of the Lord’s day in 1914, after which Christians were tested as to their loyalty to the established Kingdom of God.
If the above statement is true, then there is no reason to keep holding fast to what you have because Christ has already come. As only the Watchtower can do and do with great conviction, it holds two contradictory positions. On the one hand, the Watchtower teaches that Christ is coming and it also teaches that Christ has come. Which is it? The Governing Body claims it is both. But how can that possibly be true? Revelation concludes with Jesus saying he is coming quickly and his reward is with him. Have Christians been rewarded with salvation? No. Obviously not. So, it is not possible to continue to hold two contradictory interpretations of prophecy successfully. Both cannot be true. Either Jesus has come, or he has not. And since Jesus has not come to punish and reward his slaves, neither has the hour of test come upon the world. The Watchtower has worked a great falsehood upon Jehovah's Witnesses.

Because Jehovah's Witnesses have been seduced into exalting the organization and the Governing Body to an inordinate place of honor reserved for Christ, also known as idolatry, the test for Jehovah's Witnesses will come when the idol is discredited. When will that come about? When Christ comes. How will that discredit the Watchtower? Because the Watchtower is founded upon the fabricated lie that Christ has already come, in 1914. How can Jehovah's Witnesses possibly go forward in faith when it becomes undeniable that the Watchtower has misled the entire organization? That is what Jehovah wants to find out.

Everyone, be on guard against your neighbor,
And do not trust even your brother.
For every brother is a betrayer,
And every neighbor is a slanderer.
Each one cheats his neighbor,
And no one speaks truth.
They have taught their tongue to speak falsehood.
They wear themselves out doing what is wrong.
You are living in the midst of deception.
In their deception they refused to know me,” declares Jehovah.
Therefore this is what Jehovah of armies says:
“I will smelt them and test them,
For what else can I do with the daughter of my people?
Their tongue is a deadly arrow that speaks deception.
With his mouth a person speaks of peace to his neighbor,
But inside he lays an ambush.
Should I not call them to account for these things?” declares Jehovah.

“Should I not avenge myself on such a nation?"
Jeremiah 9:4-9

Why have JW's in the United States had it so good?
That applies to most of the free world, for now anyway, but soon they will find out what persecution really is.

JW dot org has recycled an article from eight years ago and posted it on the front page.

It is the personal story of a young woman who was sexually abused as a child, before she became one of Jehovah's Witnesses. The Watchtower's hypocrisy is simply nauseating. Why not post the experiences of the thousands of children who have been raped and molested by elders and ministerial servants, and other men in the congregation? That is why Jehovah is going to destroy this organization.

Just imagine if 50 years ago, when CSA started to be more common, the WT would have held a press conference and said they were going after pedophiles and engaging the police fully, and setting up a special victims hotline for them to report abusers and negligent elders. They could have made Jehovah proud. Now they are doomed.

Isn't it amazing that an organization that mandates that erring members must come forward, admit their mistake and beg for forgiveness; yet, if it is to WT's advantage, a cover-up is perfectly fine.
How hypocritical on their part to then state that "sins of omission" can greatly endanger ones relationship with God. It seems that deliberately hiding pedophiles would qualify as "sins of omission".

James 4:17 says: “If one knows how to do what is right and yet does not do it, it is a sin for him.”

sins of omission". In Jesus’ parable of the sheep and the goats, for instance, the goats are condemned, not for bad acts, but for not helping Christ’s brothers."—Matt 25:41-46,

To sustain this policy of silence, barbarities were done in committees without any kind of preparation. We children were judged because most of us were baptized from a very young age, at 12 years old. We were told that we provoked the abuse. They will want the earth to swallow them up, to be crushed by the rocks, when the day of Jehovah comes to reclaim their acts of omission to justice.

Their doctrine about being tested in 1914 is really a new twist on apostolic succession because if we believe they were tested in 1914 with this unique test that Jesus warned about, then none of them are alive today. But their successors are. I used to call them the “OctaPope” after an 8 sided octagon. Now I think they have 11 members. They must have DF’d one of the 12 tribes.

It is interesting to see Jehovah’s remedy for discerning whether one claiming to be a prophet is a true prophet or a false prophet. Applying the scriptural test to determine will take time and observation.

Deut. 13:1-4: “In case a prophet or a dreamer of a dream arises in your midst and does give you a sign or a portent, and the sign or the portent does come true of which he spoke to you, saying, ‘Let us walk after other gods, whom you have not known, and let us serve them,’ you must not listen to the words of that prophet or to the dreamer of that dream, because Jehovah your God is testing you to know whether you are loving Jehovah your God with all your heart and all your soul. After Jehovah your God you should walk, and him you should fear, and his commandments you should keep, and to his voice you should listen, and him you should serve, and to him you should cling.”

I noticed that this week’s meeting is highlighting the 1914 teaching is still alive!

. Support Jesus, the King!(10 min.)

After ascending to heaven, Jesus sat at Jehovah’s right hand (Ps 110:1; w06 9/1 13 ¶

6)In 1914, Jesus began subduing his enemies (Ps 110:2; w00 4/1 18 ¶3)

We can willingly offer ourselves to support Jesus’ rulership (Ps 110:3; be 76 ¶2)
…………………………………………………………………………………………………………

Like you said, they hold two contradictory positions. In addition to what you said I’ve asked the question, if he has come then why do we still celebrate the Memorial? As I understand Psalm 110:1,2 if Jehovah has installed Jesus as king why is he sitting at Jehovah’s right hand?
Witnesses would do well to develop critical thinking skills.

I believe one of the confusing issues is, from what I remember Armageddon being more focused on as Jesus “coming” when he destroys the governments ie the wicked ones of this world.
That’s why it is said that they do these mental gymnastics that have you not knowing what you believe.
