The core issue seems to be a strategic gathering of people into a centralized mindset, which unfortunately makes them more vulnerable to control by Satan—much like "fish in a barrel." By shifting the focus from a physical struggle to a spiritual one, the leadership has created an environment that mirrors a spiritual "Sodom and Gomorrah," where core beliefs are compromised and those who don't conform to the Governing Body’s views face exclusion. Now you're just coming across as one of those very angry exjws on Reddit etc. And there was me thinking you were looking for some spiritual "help"!!
What you've said here is not true at all, I've been in congregations where there's been ex practising homosexual brothers and they were just as welcome in the congregation. I've also been in congregations where brothers have "changed" to practising homosexuality, didn't want to stop and preferred to be disfellowshipped instead! What exactly is scripturally wrong with that?
Anyway, the way things are going in the world, one day, no religion at all will be allowed to go along with any of Jehovah's standards, because that is exactly what Satan is trying to achieve and anyone who can't see that must either be in denial or in a coma!!
There is a deep irony in the insistence on the 1914 doctrine and the "end of the Gentile times." While these dates are used to establish a sense of superior spiritual authority, the inconsistencies in the timeline suggest a shaky foundation.
Ultimately, we have to look at the fruit this tree produces. While some may see good, there is a significant amount of "fallen fruit" in the form of:
- Deep Depression: A community of people struggling with their mental and spiritual well-being.
- Social Isolation: Families, children, and lifelong friends being torn apart by policy.
- Lost Opportunity: The sacrifice of education and financial security for a shifting timeline.
Many people find themselves "walking on two sides"—feeling "snookered" out of their past while trying to navigate a future that wasn't what they were promised.
