The concept of international peace and security in the UN Charter began to develop with the ideas expressed in the Atlantic Charter in August 1941. UN has been emphasizing peace and security since its creation on 24 October 1945, when its Charter came into force. The UN's focus on peace and security is a fundamental part of its mission and is reaffirmed regularly by its leaders. The scripture says… when ever they are SAYING Peace and Security then instant destruction etc. for years I thought it was going to be a earth shaking announcement from the UN…Today almost daily the UN are SAYING Peace and Security …is SAYING Peace and Security daily the fulfillment of the scripture or is the UN SAYING we have reached world wide Peace and Security the fulfillment
