It depends on the end goal. They have tech that can cook you on the inside before you realize what is happening. It can track you and keep the energy focused on you no matter if you're moving or not. I've been hearing about another invention. Some sort of light that confuses whomever you aim it at. I can't even guess that one. It's all DARPA.

It appears a “predictable” course of action to expect that of Russia. I have little doubt that Putin would go quietly into the night, as how else could anyone justify the huge loss of life for such piffling gain? We just have to be patient. I am forever confused as to when ‘peace and security’ could be proclaimed but hope to see the beginning of the end - if not the end.
