Yeah isn't that something? The reason they do not ever bring it up is because it too is buried right along with the 1914-1919 issues. They claim that the "mark" was distributed way back when the League of Nations was originally instituted in 1920 and never re-addressed it with any "New Light". Robert does a fair amount of writing about this matter. It is mind boggling!
