We have an Amish store about an hour from us. You can buy in quantities to fill food safe 5 gallon buckets. Line the buckets with Mylar bags, pour in your contents, toss in a handful of oxygen absorbers, seal the bag and bucket, and you’re good to go. Fill the buckets with rice, corn, different kinds of beans, lentils, wheat berries, flour, sugar, salt, oats, etc…. Also get various seasonings to enhance flavor. You can get everything you need for storage on eBay or Amazon. Very inexpensive. This way, provisions can last 20 years or more.
Thanks BR. I'm working on this stuff now. I almost snagged 10KGs of red lentils at the store tonight but they couldn't find the bags. Guy did tell me something interesting though. He said that the trucker shortages are making it really tough to get their orders in a timely manner and sometimes not at all. It just confirms what we all pretty much know on this forum. We're heading for tough times.
Jehovah dealt with the problem long ago! The liver metabolises and performs over 500 chemical processes including processing various substances that are passed back into the blood to be excreted by the kidneys. Though a couple of liver aids are helpful to the liver, (turmeric and, I think, milk thistle ) most effective is the care we take of it…no over indulgences and keeping to a healthy weight. Most ‘liver cleansing’ substances are simply processed, rather than aid the process of cleansing and metabolism. The western diet is the worst of all diets, headed up by processed food, McFats and Burger Fats etc. Moderation is key. I learnt quickly the wisdom of spending my money on quality foods, rather than on buying repair substances to counter junk foods and in keeping reasonably fit, like watching other people walk their dogs, and not paying people to use their less than hygienic gymnasiums. Mental health also aids the body, and seemingly more than we think. It is strange that we know so little about our brain, that knows everything about ourselves.

Two years ago I saw well meaning people pointing at everything and calling it the mark, or mark to come. I don’t see it yet but it’s coming soon enough. That latest video of Yuval Harari talking on camera to Schwab tells it all. He basically calls anyone who isnt a billionaire and a part of their group to be scum worthy of death. Alex Jones has two of the latest of this guy. He hates God and doesn’t try to hide it. If they want my belongings they will just have to come pry them out of my hands.

Well, he is a westerner (Canada in this case) like most of us, so the audience is getting caught up on affairs. Sadly most people don't take the Bible seriously. That even includes many in Christendom. In the US it seems many people have never thought this would ever be the case.

This guy is right on. We will one day wake up and find out there is very little food and people will be panicking. Toilet paper will be the least of our worries.
