I heard that one before. LolThe rest of the anointed outside of the GB appear to the scraps of the remnant and not very useful apparently. As the saying goes, what are they, chopped liver?

Oops, my apologies then! I looked at their profile and didn’t see a clue, so I just guessed.I think Shiloh is a brother?
An angel can mean a messenger. Are they saying all elders are anointed in the sense that they're supposedly spirit appointed? What I noticed in paragraph 14 is: 'Anointed elders are in Christ's "right hand".' (Rev 2:1) Didn't we used to believe that this applied to ALL elders? And yet Rev 1:20 says "The seven stars mean the ANGELS of the seven congregations...", not elders. Go figure.
Excellent find thanks:Once in a while, the WT produces something special. Check this out
I'm not brother, I'm a sister.I think Shiloh is a brother?

So I did guess right!I'm not brother, I'm a sister.
Yes I believe that's how it was explained in the Revelation Grand Climax book.An angel can mean a messenger. Are they saying all elders are anointed in the sense that they're supposedly spirit appointed?
So glad we sorted that out: We sure must know the girls from the boys...chortleSo I did guess right!
Good to know. I thought you were a sister. Hello Sister.I'm not brother, I'm a sister.
So, they call the elders anointed, but they look down on actual newly, younger anointed ones. That's rather messed up.Yes I believe that's how it was explained in the Revelation Grand Climax book.
Awesome. Thanks for clarifying.I'm not brother, I'm a sister.
Personally I think that would be nice. I can understand those with families still in WT not wanting to reveal yourselves for obvious reasons but for example is Nomex Batman? Or serenity look like a butterfly or kirmmy a cat? I thought of Susan as a bluebird until she posted her picture on here. I guess I’m being too picky, sorry….just wanted to put my two cents worth in here.So glad we sorted that out: We sure must know the girls from the boys...chortle

Me too!!Thankyou for posting this, I really needed to hear this sort of encouragement today as I've been feeling un-useful knowing all I know right now.
"If the GB are not master's of our faith, then what authority do they have to require full obedience from the org members?"Hi all, read through the posts here and been trying to find some time to share thoughts. I think most of the comments are based on the English WT article, but, wanted to share how in another language, the information could be perceived. My comments are translations from the article in another lang.
For me, it started with Song# 123, translated is Obey Jehovah and his organization. Anyone see a play on words here? As RK has mentioned, obedience is not mutually inclusive, right? If we had to choose between obeying Jehovah or obeying the organization run by imperfect men, which should we choose?
Then there was par. 3. Again, translating where it said, what if the counsel, guidance/direction doesn't make sense or doesn't appear to have come from Jah? It is then when we must trust in Jah and those whom he entrusted to lead his people. I think everyone's first thought is regarding how the pandemic was handled and vax push. Was that coming from Jehovah? So now, credibility and authority is lost in R&F leadership because this direction has had the opposite result, harming and not helping.
Now the grey box about why some don't accept that Jah uses "humans" (direct translation) to guide his people. In 2 instances within that short paragraph, it mentions how many don't accept clear evidence that Jah uses men to guide his people. Clear evidence? Yes, when direction is soundly bible-based, it leaves little room that the instruction is not coming from Jah, but what about when it isn't?
Lastly, paragraph 14 has a reference to the GB's role in the 2021 Feb WT. Anyone notice 2 Cor 1:24 quickly referenced? If the GB are not master's of our faith, then what authority do they have to require full obedience from the org members? Sure, we all make mistakes, it's true and sound advice, like living a simple life (as the bible states) is wise advice to follow and is beneficial to all who follow it; however, it is still advice. Consequently, each one of us must choose & decide based on our own free will and trained conscience, not because someone (imperfect human) else tells us to do something. Weren't the mistakes made by Jehovah's servant's of their own doing? Did they not decide of their own choosing or did someone tell them to make those mistake(s)? All in all, this WT article was difficult to accept as written...
