The GB had already pulled the article on conspiracy theories and was in tune with this.
So I decided to make a "bet" on my wife.
I told him that a more specific article or video on this topic would appear on JW.

I won the bet.

Here it is, it came out yesterday.

I was just thinking this same thing. The war against those who know the truth will intensify and we will be gaslighted in the org and the world even more to make US appear to be the crazy ones. It will be so powerful to the point some may even question their own sanity. As I am trying to get away from the org right now, there is currently a powerful joint effort (across current and former congregations) to try to save me from the sin of “Wrong Think”. We must remain strong in our convictions of what we know to be true and pray constantly 🙏🏼 if you haven’t seen the movie the Truman Show, I highly recommend it. I find myself relating to Truman a lot.

Wow! Who needs MSM, we got jw.org! All the latest trending topics at your fingertips. I just saw the misinformation video. Stops short from sharing any specifics or calling anything or anyone out. Unfortunately, I have to agree in the Group Think collective. Either you fall-into the org group-think or be considered crazy or uncooperative. I saw this 2006 article yesterday on freeness of speech and thought, is this still allowed or encouraged? @Jess you mention the Truman Show, which I've seen and can relate to as well. However, relate more with the Matrix, being that we are in an illusionary world created by Satan of which there is no escape. As in the Matrix, 'It is all around us, even in the air we breathe' (not literally). Those free thinkers are dangerous, they question things, they want proof or evidence as to why they should adhere to org recommendations... a no no that is against unity. If the evil slave is surfacing, it will only get worse, be alert and be vigilant (1 Peter 4:7).

I remember seeing the Truman Show years ago and I know what you mean by relating to Truman. I believe I’ll have to watch it again soon.

I have just struggled through the first minute of that watchtower “misinformation” video for children - I assume it was for children -and endured the patronising voice of the teenager reading the script for it. How is it possible that watchtower tell the congregations to examine all that is told them, except, what they tell them, and yet no one thinks to do just that? It’s utter madness.

I have always thought it bizarre, that we go out into the ministry with the statement “the truth should be able to withstand scrutiny and questioning” - we accuse Catholics of being afraid to question their faith, yet “we” are completely forbidden to do what we expect others to do.

The problem is that if one applies this concept to question and scrutinize WT over the years, the only conclusion you come to is that WT is a hub of misinformation. But that is not allowed, is it? The reason most of us are here is because we did just that.

Isn’t is amazing how the gov body wants us to “make sure of all things” or to “test what we hear” when it comes to anything that contradicts globalist spawned narratives

There was hair on fire outrage ,and if you can believe it, a legislator wants to launch an investigation as to why these two culprits love Putin.
