Something I want to add is there were groups that have popped up after the 2nd desolation. Like how groups like the Pharisees & Sadducees appeared during & after the time in Babylon. There were groups like the Sabbateans & Frankism that appeared & they definitely went FAR off the doctrines of their predecessors. Jacob Frank for example had views that were REALLY heretical from the Law of Moses. Take time to look it up. It really gets weird.
The esoterica YouTube channel goes over how sabbateanism and frankism were propped up with slightly warped interpretations of lurianic kabbalah. Also in kabballah reincarnation nonsense is asserted and the claim that there are only 600,000 Jewish souls. So one can be biologically Jewish from that perspective but have a different soul or whatever essentially creates an ambiguous class of expendable people within the in group that vastly outnumbers whoever would be assessed as having a soul congruent with their body.
I have seen that channel. I have to watch it since no doubt it would explain how these societies function & what their goals are.
It's like protestantism there are various denominations so to speak in Judaism one should not lump them all together doctrine wise. on top of it there's initiation like the secret societies they discourage reading Ezekiel until a man is 30 years old and the Zohar till one is 40 claim reading it younger elevates risk of premature death.
