Looks like it was a puny punch. Israel is probably hoping Iran will throw another punch so they can retaliate with a bigger blow and back and forth until they can achieve maximum escalation without looking like the aggressor.
The real determining factor for WW3 is when the Big Boys start shooting missiles directly at each other. So far, Russia, China, and the US are standing down. It probably takes some false flag incident to change that. No doubt on the edge of something though
