A more accurate rendition rather than “it doesn’t listen to anything” would have been
“It only listens when he wants to” But I could understand how someone could perceive it in the way the meme addresses it, because the two can look very similar to each other.

Sad to say I did not get the meaning so I looked it up. It is about standing up for one’s self in general - discrimination etc. The guy plays his guitar well too. I must say you look a lot younger in your avatar photo.…or is the photo older that you are?!
