Hello sister, i havent any of myself but ill try and look for either a dance we do dance to or in general cook island hula.

Heres a quick tutorial, and she explains the differance between Cook Is, Tahitian & Hawaiian hula..such a beautiful dance, whether you want to take it slow or speed it up, just because you can, and so much fun. The oldest lady in our class is 80ish, the youngest around 5. All shapes, sizes, ages and ethnicity.

This was our class when it first started.
